Research On Rolled Steel Worker's Stability Of Safety Attention

Nowadays, the government and enterprises are improving advanced methods of safe behavior managements in high-risk industry. But there are lots of accidents caused by human error during production process every year. The core reason is losing attention on safe production during working time. Therefore, it is necessary to research the influencing factors and dynamic trends of worker's stability of safety attention. The rolled steel workers are the study objects and the stability of safety attention is the study focus. Through field study, interview and questionnaire, the SEM and SD model of the influencing factors of worker's stability of safety attention were built up, the improving strategy were proposed. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The differences of demography variables on stability of safety attention of rolled steel workers are analyzed.26-35 years old workers have better stability of safety attention; workers who are 46 years old of above are the weakest. Workers with high school background and above have stronger stability of safety attention than that with middle school background. Female workers' stability is better than male workers.(2) The SEM of influencing factors of stability of safety attention is built up and verified. The complexity and strength of work negatively influences the stability of safety attention through work fatigue. The safety training and safety culture positively influence stability of safety attention through reinforcing safety awareness. Safety supervision, positive emotions and safety information directly influence stability of safety attention.(3) The system dynamic model of influencing mechanism of stability of safety attention is built up and operated on the plat of Vensim software. Safety supervision and worker's safety awareness have stronger and long-term influences. The safety information's influence is weaker and temporary.(4) The improving strategy of stability of safety attention is proposed. The strategy consists of guarantee, dispersive prevention, strengthen system according to the different influences of safety supervision, safety awareness and work fatigue and safety information.
