Coal mining industry in our country is still a high-risk industry,and the frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents has a great negative impact on the development of the country and society economy.The mechanism of coal mine accidents and the prevention,control theory and technology of accidents have become popular research issues.The existing research results and safety hazard in coal mine accident lack enough recognition and attention.The practical application of control system in coal mine hasn’t got ideal effects and its due role in accident prevention and control.Therefore,the thesis is based on the study of coal mine potential accident hazards control mechanism and the view point of accident safety hazard complexity of the coal mine accident,including cause mechanism and control measures.To provide theoretical support for coal mine accidents,a more comprehensive and perfect risk assessment and early warning method is put forward based on hidden perils in the accident.The data of safety hazard control in coal mine accidents has actually been adopted to play the role in the control of accident.The research work of this paper is listed as the following aspects:(1)The paper includes the study and establishment of the control theory in coal mine accident risk based on complex accident system.From the perspective of complex systems and complexity,the characteristics of the coal mine and hidden perils in coal mine accident system model of risk transfer media,the paper analysed the complexity of the coal mine accident system characteristics and the significance and the role of accident controls.From the perspective of system complexity analysis of pre-control mechanism and function of hidden perils in coal mine accidents,the thesis provides new perspectives for the research on the control of coal mine accidents and the research methods.Through the structure and characteristics of the complex accident system,studies on the risk of accidents evolution behavior influence and function of the system,it is put forward that the mechanism of the complexity of coal mine accidents cause lies in the risk of hidden danger of accident within the system coupling because of hidden perils.For the accident analysis of the nonlinear evolution of the coal mine accident system mechanism,it can effectively block the risk of accidents within the system evolution path to reduce the overall risk of coal mine system and achieve the purpose of accident pre-control.To coal mine accident risk evolution and transmission path,the paper illustrates the mechanism of accident hidden perils in coal mine accident control to provide theoretical supports for the hidden perils in coal mine accident pre-control based on the research about the risk of hidden " Recognition-Control" model of controlling accident.(2)The paper established a management process for the management of hidden hazards in coal mine accidents.Analysis of typical coal mine accident hidden history data,the research of coal mine accidents in time and space distribution laws and its internal mechanism,it can be divided into dynamic and static two types of hidden trouble which was put forward with pertinence control measures and methods.Based on the theory of "rheological and mutation" of safety science,the basic law of risk evolution of coal mine accidents is analyzed,and the basic evolution model of accident hidden peril is clarified.In summary,analysis of the law of coal mine accidents on the basis of closed loop control system of coal mine accidents analysis and improvement of proposed in the screening of accident hidden danger management should be adopted according to different types of coal mine accidents targeted screening measures,including forming hierarchical process of controlling,intensification of coal mine accidents and forms of the enterprise hidden "transverse to the edge,vertical to the end" of the closed loop control system.The hidden perils in the operation of the closed loop control system can effectively improve the quality of the rectification and reduce the coal mine accident risk.Besides,it also can achieve the effective control of coal mine accidents and promote the safety production ability of coal mining enterprises on continuous improvement.(3)The paper puts forward the risk constraint model between the risk of accident detection,the risk of production environment and the ability of technical management.Study of coal mine accident system hierarchy induces the composition of coal mine accident system for production management subsystem,environment subsystem and technology analysis subsystem accident risk between the transmission and evolution behavior.It also advised that the production environment subsystem is the main source of accident system entropy and embodies the overall risk of coal mine accident system state,however the normal operation of the technical management subsystem for system brought a continuous negative entropy flows.The role of the system for the accident is embodied in its risk constraint and control ability.The risk of evolution behavior exists between subsystems which is significant risk constraint relationship through the risk assessment of production environment subsystem.The risk constraint capacity evaluation and technical management subsystem further the risk constraint relationship between the both.It is concluded that the accident hidden negative correlation dynamic data and risk control ability,positively correlated with the risk of production environment and the accident hidden trouble of the screening data reflects the risk constraint relationship between the both.If the risk constraint ability is insufficient,the system appears a large number of accidents.The system is in a state of high risk at this time due to technical management system’s ability lacking enough to screen and control a lot of accidents of systemic risk and higher risk constraint ability when the technical management system corresponding to reduce the number of hidden danger and risk because of the ability to ascend.Through checking the increment of hidden risk control ability,the system is in a state of low risk or safety.Thus it is put forward that between risk restriction model,together with the method of multiple regression analysis to test for the model and prove the significance of the constraint relationship between the three risk to the coal mine production and technical management subsystem and the risk restriction relationship between dynamic hidden data for further study.For coal mine,it provides the theoretical guidance and the effective analysis of utilization of accidents with construction train of thought,based on dynamic data analysis accident hidden risk early warning system.(4)The research puts forward the risk prediction model of the potential accident hazards of coal mine.The prediction of the number of accidents in coal mine accidents is an effective way to realize the risk warning of mine accidents and hidden hazard.And it is also an effective application of the data of the hidden danger of accidents.Risk of coal mine accidents in the constraint relationship is based on risk evaluation model and the number of hidden perils in coal mine accidents of coal mine risk prediction model and algorithm,combined with dynamic coal mine accidents risk control ability and the hidden danger in the number of screening restriction relationship.The study also includes selecting appropriate prediction index and the number of hidden trouble choosing forgetting mechanism of online order limit of machine learning algorithm.At the same time,the paper puts forward the improved FOSELM algorithm based on hidden quantity prediction model of the algorithm according to an initial characteristic such as small sample.For dynamic characteristic of the coal mine accidents occurred,it is put forward in this paper that the extreme learning machine online order has forgotten mechanism in order to avoid index variable to predict the impact on the number of hidden trouble,which is based on the actual update the weight of each index.To avoid artificially adjust the influence of accuracy of the model,reach the purpose of accurate prediction,so as to realize the number of hidden prediction accuracy,the algorithm in dynamic prediction of hidden danger has higher practicability.In order to reduce the initial weights and bias instability caused by the randomness of the model,it is proven that the algorithm is better than on hazard forecasts of volume with FOSELM and OSELM algorithm,by using the particle swarm algorithm to optimize the initial weights and bias hidden layer,through the experimental analysis.At the same time,the result shows that only in the initial sample training will increase the time and memory according to the principle of the algorithm.There is no time to study on the increase for the subsequent online.Improving the efficiency of the model is applied to implement the application of risk forecasting warning to realize the effective utilization of the data of coal mine accidents and to the prevention and control of coal mine accidents,together with the forecast and early warning of risks.(5)It is proved that the research results of this paper have great theoretical significance and practical value through the actual case study on the potential accident hazards of coal mine.
