| As the pillar industry of the national economy of China,the severe situation of safety of construction industry has a tremendous negative impact on China’s economic and social development.Based on the analysis of construction safety status,development trend and the rule of the accident,this dissertation is to study the construction accident causation model,and then to investigate the construction accident prevention with an emphasis on behavior based safety of construction workers and risk assessment of construction.The obtained results are summarized as follows.(1)The analysis of statistical data about construction safety showed that there was a big gap in the construction industry safety between China and developed countries.In addition,accident prediction results indicated that the development of construction industry safety of China tended to be gentle in coming years,therefore it was necessary to research on the construction accident causation model to promote the progress of the construction safety.Through the study of typical accident cases,the rule of construction accident was summarized.The severity of accident consequences had a positive correlation with the amount of the energy that released from accidents,and exhibited a certain randomness because of the influence of the action forms of the energy;Larger or more serious accidents involved in the subsystem that carrying large energy and were related with unsafe behavior of managers,while other accidents were mainly caused by the workers’ unsafe behavior;The key point of the accident prevention was the control of unsafe behavior of human.(2)On the basis of the preliminary discussion of the structure characteristics of the network under different scales,the complex network model of construction accident causation was established by studying the accidents mechanism.At the node level,an accident happened when the output energy deviation of the node exceeded its output safety margin,which leaded to the abnormal movement of the node.Therefore,the key of accident prevention was the control of input energy deviation and safety status of the node;At the network level,the accident was the result of the abnormal movements of the key nodes.The key of accident prevention was to identify the key nodes and control their motion,and corresponding two ways including the structure characteristics of the network and the risk assessment were proposed to identify the key nodes.Then the theory frame of the research of the construction accident prevention was put forwarded,pointing out that this dissertation should focus on the behavior based safety of human and risk assessment.(3)Behavior based safety of workers was investigated from two aspects of safety competence and the game of behavior strategy.The former was that structure equation model of safety competence was established and modified according to the data obtained from questionnaire survey to fulfill the quantification of utility of influencing factors based on the establishment of behavior based safety model and safety competence model of workers,combined with the discussion of the influence factors of safety competence.The results indicated that individual safety competence of construction workers was primarily affected by their technical ability character;The latter was to build the evolutionary game models of behavior strategy based on the network of construction workers or the double network of construction workers and managers.,The results of the numerical simulation analysis showed that the greater the impact of the behavior on the safety,the higher the probability of the workers to choose safety behavior strategy was.The liquidity of workers,the irrational factors and the increase of the cost of none-unsafe behavior were adverse to the safety,while the increase of the reward of safety behavior,the improvement of the efficiency of supervision and the improvement of supervision probability when managers were independent were beneficial to safety.In addition,the punishment of unsafe behavior,supervision costs as well as the improvement of supervision probability when managers were in the game had no obvious effect on safety.(4)According to the actual demand for risk management of power transmission and transformation project,the risk assessment of the construction was researched,where the study was aimed at risk identification,modeling of static and dynamic risk assessment,proposal of controlling measures,programming of risk assessment and proposal of risk classification management.It was worth noting that some of the research achievements had been used to guide the practice of power transmission and transformation project. |
