Study On Three Major Stakeholders' Behavior Of Construction Safety Based On Game Theory

As a pillar industry of China's national economy,construction industry has seen ten consecutive years of strong growth.However,the situation of construction safety is increasingly grim for larger and more serious accidents having not been effectively curbed in the field.It is urgent to study the construction safety stakeholders behavior choice in depth,establish a scientific and effective safety supervision system and to make recommendations and countermeasures for improvement.Starting from the status of construction safety management in China and combined with the construction safety management problems,the thesis,which made a utilization of the combination of literature retrieval method,the industry insider interview method,the game theory,etc.,analyzed how the the owners,supervision departments and construction units would interact with each other and built a evolutionary game model which provided the strategy choices and responding countermeasures and suggestions for them,after reading the literature and investigating.It had the theoretical value and practical significance to enhance the management level of construction.Discussing the complete information static game model in pairs to solve the Nash equilibrium,the thesis analyzed the mutual influence of the three major stakeholders of construction safety on the basis of safety management strategy,the method of game theory and competences with the advanced management experience of developed countries.It confirmed that the benefits of regulators change will affect the safety regulated construction input.Furthermore,this thesis then established the three major stakeholders' evolutionary game model for stable strategy and drew the conclusion: assuming that the tripartite benefits are under the premise of a certain proportion,one's gradual change of strategy choice will influence the other two parties' proportion of evolutionary stable strategy choice regularly,followed by the brief analysis of the influence of public supervision for construction unit strategy choice.Finally,from the perspective of the government supervision departments,the owner,the construction unit and the public supervision,the thesis gave the suggestions and countermeasures,in order to promote the stable and healthy development of the construction safety from the regulatory and technical perspective.
