Economic development mode is the sum of ideas,thinking,methods and institutional mechanisms that will promote economic growth,structural change,and the development of the whole social.The transformation of economic development mode is guided by the regional environmental policy,showing the economic,social,resource and environmental factors that adapt to the changes of the environment in the new period.The methods and forms of economic development are the old production way and economic operation of the alternative process to ensure that the focus on economic growth in the quality and efficiency under the premise of economic,social,resource and environment comprehensive and coordinated development.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to understand the connotation of economic development mode,change the trajectory,evaluate the performance of economic development mode objectively and seek the way to promote the transformation of economic development mode.Northeast China,as the heavy industrial base and agricultural base,is the pilot area to implement the complete planned economic system.It has gone through a series of different historical stage along with the national macro-strategy change,including the Heavy Industrial Production after the founding of China,Reform and Opening-up policy with the industrial structure transformation and the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base and the "structural reform of the supply side"policy in recent years.However,not only the economic growth rate of the northeastern region kept falling,but the industrial economy,urban resource,ecological environment were all deteriorated.What was worse,the local brain was also drained.This situation suggests that the current economic development is difficult to adapt to the diversified economic and social development needs.Therefore,the transformation of economic development is on highly demand.In this context,this article to the economic development mode of change for the study of the main line,from the theoretical and empirical levels to explore.Based on the theory of economic development and spatial structure theory,this paper uses the panel data of the northeastern region and its provincial and municipal provinces from 1953-2015 to follow the "theoretical basis-development process-index system-performance evaluation-spatial analysis-path strategy",Using the comprehensive index method,entropy weighting method,regional difference analysis method and exploratory spatial data analysis method,the temporal characteristics,spatial characteristics and the spatial characteristics of the northeastern region and its provincial and municipal economic development mode The formation mechanism is analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to guide the transformation of the economic development mode in Northeast China.Through the study,improve the economic development mode of the relevant theory,measurement methods and empirical analysis,revealing the northeastern region of economic development mode of change in reality,to provide reference for the relevant research.The main contents of this paper can be divided into four parts,a total of eight chapters.The first part is the theoretical research part,which mainly includes two aspects.First,from the background of the mode of economic development,this paper discusses the necessity of studying the mode of economic development at the present stage,that is,the purpose and significance of this thesis,This paper points out the basic ideas,methods and main contents of the research on the performance evaluation of the economic development mode in the northeast region on the basis of the domestic and foreign practical experience of the economic development mode.Second,it is the connotation of economic growth,economic development,economic growth mode and economic growth mode transformation.Combining regional balanced development theory,regional non-equilibrium development theory,regional sustainable development theory,regional coordinated development theory and regional Based on the theory of point-axis
