Intra-county economic development directly affect the development of nationaleconomy. Researching of the county economy helps to set out the county economydevelopment strategy and realize the optimal allocation of resource, the bestcombination of space, the restruction of country economy, the construction of relatedsystem and the development of international business and economics. Promoting thesustainable development of county economy is helpful to realize the organic unity ofsocial benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit. The northeast district oncewas the cradle of China’s heavy industry foundation, the commodity grain base andimportant resource base, making a huge contribution to the construction anddevelopment of the People’s Republic of China. After the reform and opening-uppolicy, the county economy in northeast China began to enter the development of thefast lane. However, significant difference was found in the county economy, such asincongruity of regional internal economy.Above all, the article chooses standard deviation, range, coefficient of variationto analyze the absolute difference and relative difference of county economydevelopment level in northeast district after study the concept of county economy,county economy differences and regional economic coordinated development and thetheories of growth pole, the center-periphery and circular cumulative causation.Adopting factor analysis to establish comprehensive evaluation index system and toexplore the difference between the levels of economic development in northeastcounty unit. Combining the data of the county economy comprehensive scores of tenyears with vectorized map of northeast districts, and using ArcGIS software to makespatial visualization expression of the difference of county economy in northeastChina. Exploratory spatial analysis method is used for analyzing the overall landscapecharacteristics of county economic development level in northeast China. Finally thearticle evaluates and analyze the difference of country economy in northeast Chinaand the cause of the evolution from four aspects named natural conditions andgeographical factors, historical development, regional development strategy andpolicy and transportation conditions.Through the analysis of the research object, this paper finally got threeconclusions: First, the standard deviation, range and coefficient of variation of thecounty economy in the northeast took on a trend of rise with fluctuations. Relative differences present a tendency of decreasing. The polarization process analysis showsthat the polarization phenomenon of county economy in the northeast continues tostrengthen. Second, the regional differentiation and partial agglomeration features ofcounty economy comprehensive score in northeast are obvious. The GIS partition ofcounty economy composite scores in northeast China shows that countries whosecomprehensive economic scored higher are located throughout traffic arteries with"T" type distribution. Mode of county economic development in Northeast China willstill rely on central cities and regional growth pole with a gradual expansion of thepolarization effect. Third, hot zones present a relatively stable pattern. These hotzones are made of space structures,with a ring or a circle shape, constituted by someperipheral counties with Shenyang and Dalian as their core. Cold zones has greatchanges. Counties nearby Dalian have become increasingly prominent as well as verydynamic. Fourth, natural conditions, location factors, foundation, historicaldevelopment of regional development strategy and policy make a great contribution tothe difference of county economic development in Northeast China.
