Research On Spatial And Temporal Differentiation Of Competitiveness And Harmonious Development Of Resource-Based Cities In Northeast

As the most basic regional unit of area studies and the driver of the regional economic development in regional economic development,cities are increasingly prominent in regional economy.Regional economic scholars and geographers at home and abroad has also gradually turned their research direction to the study of cities.The research on competitiveness of northeast resource-based cities is based on the objective evaluation of the comprehensive strength of the current situation of the city development.It analyzes the developmental advantages and disadvantages of and the development potential,and adjust new development patterns to local conditions.Thus the economic recovery of the resources-based cities can be promoted,so as to change the current situation of the development of economy in northeast China,solve the short development,promote the regional harmonious development,put forward practical guidance for regional sustainable,and gradually participate in international competition of cities in today’s world.This paper gives a comprehensive evaluation of urban competitiveness of 34 prefecture city in the three northeast provinces by building evaluation index system of urban competitiveness.It analyzes competitive differentiation of space and time of the northeast 19 resource-based city(prefecture)and based on ArcGIS spatial expression and the spatial difference method.The results show that:① competitiveness level changes present certain regularity in the northeast cities,the city competitiveness in Haerbin and central-southern of Liaoning area is especially stronger.Dalian,Shenyang,Harbin,changchun,the four big cities are the "growth pole" of regional economy,and the hierarchical model hasn’t changed for a long time.②from the provincial Angle,city competitiveness liaoning province>jilin province>heilongjiang province,and the competitiveness difference between cities in heilongjiang province has a great disparity.③ From the point of city type,there’s a certain difference in economic development between resource-based cities and the resource-based cities.The resource-based city competitiveness promoted obviously.The development of resource-based cities,however,changes slowly and steadily.From the perspective of resource-based cities,the resources city competitiveness score has decreased,but the resources support still keep these cities a certain economic potential energy diffusion effect.The development level of resources cities in Liaoning province is relatively high,with a stronger connecting economy with the surrounding parts.Jilin province ranks the second.Heilongjiang,as a big province of resources,has weakening advantages.Daqing has a higher competition level,but the competitiveness drops obviously and has a weak urban leading function.The urban economy in northeast China shows obvious imbalance.Finally,the analysis of R/S method leads to the forecast of the economic growth in northeast China.In the next 15 years,the difference of the economic growth in northeast China shows a trend of decreasing fluctuation and regional economic growth is becoming balanced.
