Research On The Spatial And Temporal Disparities Of Coordinated Rural-urban Development Of Triangle Of Central China

In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization, the relationship between urban and rural areas of the Chinese in a crucial period of development, at the same time China gradually widening gap between urban and rural areas, contradictions have become increasingly prominent, seriously hindered the harmonious and healthy development of China's Regional, the coordinated rural-urban development has aroused widespread concern in various fields of society. Triangle of Central China as a new growth pole in Central China, in recent years, the degree of coordination between urban and rural areas also have great regional differences. This paper takes the Triangle of Central China as the research object, based on the theory of two - dimensional structure model, unbalanced growth theory, gradient theory and coordinated development theory, combined with the actual situation of urban and rural development in the Triangle of Central China,by establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system of coordinated rural-urban development, collect statistical yearbook data, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to quantitative evaluate and analyze the coordinated rural-urban development in the Triangle of Central China during 2005-2014, and through the ArcGIS platform to assist the mapping to express the existence of regional differences and evolution process, the temporal and spatial characteristics of urban and rural coordinated development in the study area are analyzed. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:The first part is the research background and determination of methods. On the basis of understanding the background and significance of urban and rural harmonious development in the Triangle of Central China, according to the theory of coordinated rural-urban development and its domestic and foreign research progress,worked out a research plan, select the research and analysis methods, technical route, the innovation points of the research are clarified, the quantitative statistical and analytical methods based on the global principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to construct the index system. This part is the basis of coordinated rural-urban development and regional differences in the Triangle of Central China.The second part is the construction and evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the coordinated rural-urban development in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. On the basis of summing up the natural geographical conditions and social economic conditions of the study area, the paper puts forward the principles of constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban and rural coordinated development in the study area, the selection basis of the index, the selection and the determination of the weight. 20 indicators were selected and divided into the coordinated rural-urban development economic development, the level of urban and rural life coordination, the coordinated development level of urban and rural population, the development level of urban and rural social harmony, the five aspects of the development level of urban and rural coordination, three levels constitute a comprehensive evaluation of Triangle of Central China coordinated rural-urban development index system.The third part is the evaluation and evolution analysis of the comprehensive development of coordinated rural-urban development of urban Triangle of Central China. First of all, the comprehensive score of the global of the Triangle of Central China of 27 prefecture level cities in 2005-2014, coordinated development level development of comprehensive evaluation index system of principal component analysis and coordination of urban and rural construction makes an empirical study to determine the urban and rural economy, population and ecological coordination of water equal six of the total contribution rate of more than 0.80 sub factor composition,calculate the comprehensive score of 2005-2014 city. Secondly, this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of coordinated rural-urban development level, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the comprehensive score of the coordinated rural-urban development in the Triangle of Central China in the past 10 years, with the aid of mathematical statistics and geographic information system spatial mapping, Wuhan city circle, Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration,Poyang Lake urban agglomeration in three areas discussed the 2005-2014 coordinated rural-urban development level change trajectory and spatial process. It is considered that the comprehensive level of coordinated rural-urban development of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration is higher than that of Wuhan urban agglomeration and Poyang Lake urban agglomeration, 10 years of regionalcomprehensive level tends to coordinate , the living standards of urban and rural residents, the rate of urbanization, urban and rural social development, ecological environment and other aspects have made great progress. The level of coordinated rural-urban development in the overall presentation of the provinces capital city as the core area, the East High West low and spatial difference decreasing trend from south to north, the level of the ten years has generally improved, most of the city to coordinate type and the basic coordination of the city gathered space-time characteristics.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the coordination of urban and rural areas of city group development comprehensive level of regional differences,and analyzes the influence factors of coordinated rural-urban development of Triangle of Central China space-time difference, and put forward relevant countermeasures for the various factors.This paper focuses on the quantitative analysis of urban and rural areas in Triangle of Central China in the coordinated rural-urban development and the characteristics of the spatial and temporal evolution of evolution, only a preliminary qualitative analysis of the reasons for the evolution of space and time, a little less.
