and other related resources for innovation,and promote them to flow,diffuse,and ultimately to provide public service innovation and industrial as well as technical support for all main innovation in industrial clusters,thus effectively linked the function of each node or service innovation of polymer.As an important carrier to support the innovation activities in the whole society,the science and technology innovation platform plays an important role in the regional economic and technological development.To solve the above problem,the paper studies on the development mode and mechanism of the regional innovation platform ecosystem,and the important theoretical and practical significance on state and local governments' promoting regional science and technology innovation.Based on the systematic analysis of issues related to domestic and international regional science and technology innovation platform,organizational ecology and so forth,interpreting the connotation of the regional science and technology innovation platform ecosystem,through the comparison of regionalscience and technology innovation platform ecosystem and natural ecosystem,depicting the regional science and technology innovation platform ecosystem structure,analyzing the ecological characteristics of regional science and technology innovation platform ecosystem;revealed the evolution of regional science energy,new materials,information technology,equipment manufacturing,energy saving and environmental protection industrial community of market,technology,ecological resources position.On this
