Jiangxi science and technology innovation platform,such as nonstandard management,multi leader,low operation efficiency and insufficient innovation ability.The imperfect operation mechanism has become performance is that the performance evaluation system is unreasonable;the performance evaluation system is imperfect;the implementation effect of performance evaluation is poor,and the quality of performance evaluation needs to be improved.These problems make it difficult for Jiangxi science and technology innovation platform to meet the needs of regional science and technology
