Study On Ecological Value Chain System And Value Distribution Of Housing Industry

In the process of the ecological and sustainable development of housing industry, it needs not only the close collaboration and stable value creation of the participants in the industry chain, but also the reasonable industrial value distribution, value sharing and value maximization. However, the problems of market disorder, immature industry chain and unreasonable value distribution restrict the development of housing industry seriously. Because of these problems, from the perspective of industrial management and the level of housing industry, the situation of industrial value chain in housing industry and its value distribution is analyzed in depth, based on this, the eco-industrial value chain system of housing industry is created, and its operating mechanism is revealed by the self-organization theory, and then the value appreciation of eco-industrial value chain system of housing industry is excavated deeply to study its value distribution. Thus, it provides a new and effective path for the sustainable development of housing industry. The main innovations in this thesis are:(1) The current domestic and foreign industrial value chain systems of housing industry are summarized, and the unreasonable value distribution of housing industry in China is measured. The contents include: firstly, based on industrial value chain theory, the value subjects and value activities are adopted to analyze the current structure of industrial value chain systems of housing industry; secondly, the industrial value chain of housing industry in China is summarized to three kinds of value chain models named as "primary socialization model", "part of socialization model", "full socialization model ", which is compared with that in Hong Kong, the United States, and the results indicate that the industrial value chain of housing industry in China should be updated locally and eco-environmentally,built strategic alliance cooperation and dynamic value distribution mechanism.
