Eco-industrial Development Of The Southeast Region

Chongqing'southeast regions are economically backward and the naturalenvironment is weak. Chongqing'southeast regions is located in hinterland of WulingMountain area, is contiguous to Hubei, Chongqing, hunan, guizhou province, Thedistrict environment is weak, but it is facing the overwhelming force in economicdevelopment. so Chongqing'southeast regions is a special and important part inChongqing, in the sometime, has a very important position and role in the pattern ofdevelopment. Therefore, How to speed up the economic development and protect theecological environment became a key problem. Practice has proved that thedevelopment of Chongqing southeastern must explore new ways and seek new mode.Firstly, After putting forward problems and background of the disadvantages oftraditional economic development model, the coming up with the construction ofecological civilization concept, a second western development and Main-functionalzones, This paper makes a brief review on academic studies on ecology industry, alsoderive a preliminarystudy structure.Secondly, this paper introduces the basic theories of ecological industry. Includingthe concept, characteristics of ecological industry and theoretical basis of developingecological industry,which is the theoretical basis of eco-industrial development ofChongqing's southeastern. Then analysis the present situation of the ecologicalenvironment and industrial development, combining with eco-function zones andMain-functional zones, points out the advantages and disadvantages of development ofeco-industrial in southeastern region, which is the practices basis of eco-industrialdevelopment of Chongqing's southeastern.At last, in the review of selecting the main area of Chongqing southeast should bedeveloping ecological industry, the paper and construct ecological agriculture,ecological industry and ecological tourism, which is system of ecological industrydevelopment. Finally discuss the supporting system from the law, policy, technology,culture and other aspects.
