In the whole process of development,the press and publishing sector plays a vital role in the Vietnamese Communist Party.As an effective propaganda,the news has been used to mobilize and inspire the people to participate in revolutionary movements in the fight against the enemies.Under the publishing sector,plays a vital role in creating a permenant value of social knowledge and spiritual foundation.In recent years,there has been a significant growth in the quality and quantity of the press and publishing sector,which lead to increase in social development.Regardless of the complexity of the Vietnamese State,the press still adhere to the political situation,reformation and integration of professionalism in these fields.As a matter of fact,the press and publication activities does play an important role in the development of Marxism – Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s doctrines,theoretically: practical issues have been addressed.In general point of view,the news publishing agency and staff has been loyal to the party,the state,and most importantly the interest of the people.In the recognition of both the national and traditional cultural characteristics against social life.In the press and publication field,the main focus is to maintain a close relationship between the industry,the public sector,and the private sector in maintaining a better social and politcal aspect of all parties.The press and publishing activities has contribute significantly to the crediblity of the state and the industry(Press and Publishing Sector).Therefore,these has developed international economic integration.The Vietnamese press and publishing practices has faced many issues,especially in professional ethics.Firstly,the lack of sensitivity in the press and publishing activities.There is less mangagement and supervision of personnel and this has affected the leadership of the party and the state.Similarly,these mean “lack of management performance”.Secondly,commercialization of press and publishing unit.This has led to degrading information released to public,which somehow being misinterpreted by the public that causes rise in anxiety.This basically mean that the information released has lacked clarity and precison.Finally,a rising concern in the news and press field is “Copyright”,which has led to the rising reproduction of the same story on news.In the general overview of these professional ethics in press and publishing,there is a need for a standard operating procedures and process to be implemented for all employees in the field in order to meet the environmental,social,and political need of the nation and its people.
