With the advent of the new media era,the new technical means and technology platform rapidly seep into the field of academic research,reformed the way of academic information acquisition,dissemination and communication.Especially in the rapid development of mobile internet technology and mobile terminal technology,academic new media emerged one after another,such as academic micro-blog,academic wechat public platform and academic virtual community app,with its advantages favored by research users,such as rich content theme,fast update propagation,convenient way to obtain and the equal communication among scholars,become an important way to acquire and transmit academic information,to share academic achievements,to carry out academic exchanges and to innovate academic research.The phenomenon of "micro academic " is becoming more and more obvious with the academic new media.Academic new media with natural advantages attract users to use,but at the same time,it still exist the problems,such as a large number of low-quality and repetitive fragments of information,uneven quality of academic information,single function of academic information service,shallow level of the service and the serious phenomenon of homogenization of academic new media platform.The original academic information service theory methods and means can't fully adapt to the new media characteristics and the growing diversity of user needs.How to use academic new media to carry out the academic information service,to provide the better quality and suitable service content for users,has become an urgent problem to be solved in the new media environment.In this dissertation,we take the new academic media as the breakthrough point,from the point of view of user-oriented,analyzes the needs of academic new media users,the information service process of academic new media and the innovation mode of information service,explore the influencing factors and evaluation methods of information service quality of academic new media,and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.The dissertation mainly carried out the following five aspects of research work:First,we explore the academic new media user needs and its dynamic evolution.Firstly,we analyze the formation process of user needs of academic new media,introduct the theory of user experience,coupled with the characteristics of academic new media,form the user needs' level of academic new media based on user experience,include cognitive needs,sensory needs,interactive needs,emotional needs,social and self realization needs;Secondly,based on the dynamic evolution of needs,we analyze the causes of the evolution of the user needs of academic new media,explore the evolution direction of user needs from the aspects of quantity,intensity and level;Finally,based on the relationship between of needs and the progressive level of user needs,we construct the model of evolution model of quality and quantity of the user needs of academic new media,which contribute to master the basic rules of the user needs of academic new media.Second,we analyze the process of academic new media information transfer and information service.First of all,we analyze the process and characteristics of the information transfer,on the basis of mastering the basic rules of the information movement,we analyze the components of academic new media information service from a system perspective,include information service subject,information service object,information resources,academic new media platform,information service environment of academic new media.Secondly,we analyze the internal relations of each component of academic new media information service,form three kinds of action relationship models centered on information service,information user and academic new media platform,on this basis,we construct the model of information service process of academic new media.Finally,we explore the dynamic factors of information service system of academic new media,which is mainly related to the information user needs,the benefit of service subject and the information technology.Third,we construct the information service mode of academic new media.Based on the analysis of the role and the dominant position of each component of academic new media information service,this dissertation divides the general pattern of academic new media information service into three types: resource sharing,demand pull and technology support.On this basis,from the perspective of the user needs of academic new media and the purpose of information service,we integrate deeply the academic new media service characteristics,and form three innovation modes of academic new media information service which are embedded in the process of scientific research,based on information value added and based on user relationship network.We explore the theoretical basis,connotation,implementation process and practical application of each information service innovation model.Finally,we compare and analyze the three innovation modes of information service,grasp their respective characteristics and the scope of application to further guide the development of academic new media information service.Fourth,we study the influence factors of academic new media information service quality.Based on the improved information system success model,we bulid conceptual model of influence factors of academic new media information service quality from the five dimensions of academic new media system platform,academic information,the subject and process of information service,information users of academic new media and net income.We use the way of questionnaire survey,collect 315 valid questionnaires as samples and use SPSS22.0 and AMOS17.0 softwares analyze the data to validate of the proposed research hypothesis.The results show that: information,academic information system platform,information service,the subject and process of information service and the users have a positive impact on the information service quality of academic new media,net income and academic new media information service quality interact with each other.We use DEMATEL method to further identify the key factors,which affect the quality of information service of academic new media through the influence degree,the affected degree,the degree of centrality and the degree of reason.It mainly include the user expectation,academic gain,new media users cognitive level,the information service personnel quality and ability,user information literacy,the integration of function and integrity of academic new media platform,user benefits and the clear navigation of system.Fifth,we research on the information service quality evaluation of academic new media based on the user perception.This dissertation constructs the evaluation index system of academic new media information service quality based on SERVQUAL service quality model from the perspective of user perception.It can be divided into six dimensions: tangible,reliability,responsiveness,friendliness,academic information quality and efficiency,amount to 27 indicators,and use fuzzy analytical hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation index.We use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality of academic new media information service,select five academic wechat public number to further verify the effectiveness and rationality of the evaluation indicators and evaluation methods,include academic China,one scholar,social science academic circle,mogo study and economic management forum.Finally,this dissertation puts forward the corresponding strategies from the five aspects,which are information service subject,information users,information resource,academic new media platform and information service environment.On the theoretical level,the research work of this dissertation enriches and perfects the theoretical system of academic information service,expands and deepens the theoretical framework of new media research,provides scientific methods and theoretical basis for academic new media information service.On the practical level,we provide reference and decision support for the development of academic new media information service through the study of the academic new media information service model,an empirical analysis of the influence factors on the quality of academic new media information service by using structural equation modeling,using DEMATEL method to identify key influence factors,confirming the service quality evaluation index system based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process.It is of great significance to promote academic development and academic innovation.
