Research On Public Opinion Dissemination Of Micro-Blog Based On Information Ecology Theory In Mobile Environment

With the arrival of the Web2.0 and the development of the mobile era,micro-blog platform has become the main battlefield of the spread of Internet public opinion.Many users use smart phones,IPAD and other mobile communication tools in Twitter,Sina,micro-blog,micro-blog and other micro-blog platform to express their views,ideas and views on hot topics and social public events.Compared with the traditional internet public opinion,the micro-blog public opinion in the mobile environment brings a series of new information ecological problems.Under the mobile environment,micro-blog public opinion ecosystem balance is more likely to be destroyed,which leads to the imbalance of the structure and function of micro-blog public opinion ecosystem,affecting the spread of public opinion of micro-blog,causing serious social harm.While information ecology emphasizes the harmonious development of information people,information,information technology and information environment from a system perspective,and can provide a new framework for theoretical research and practical level control of micro-blog public opinion dissemination in mobile environment.This dissertation first analyzes the research results of micro-blog public opinion at home and abroad,and then uses the research methods of literature analysis,quantitative analysis,social network analysis,empirical research,simulation research and other research methods,the mobile environment micro-blog public opinion dissemination are studied based on information ecology theory.Specifically,this study includes six parts,the third chapter studies the spread mechanism of micro-blog's public opinion in the mobile environment based on the theory of information ecosystem,which is the core theoretical framework of the thesis;Based on information ecological factors and information ecology chain theory,the fourth chapter to the fifth chapter uses the empirical analysis method to carry on the thorough research to the micro-blog public opinion dissemination influence factor,the characteristic quantity and the rule,the network structure under the mobile environment,and provides the theory support for the seventh chapter;The seventh chapter returns to the information ecosystem theory and uses the simulation analysis method to study the micro-blog public opinion communication model in the mobile environment as the final theoretical level;The eighth chapter based on the above theoretical research results launches the micro-blog public opinion management countermeasure under the mobile environment as the final practical level.To be elaborated below:The third chapter is based on the information ecosystem theory to the mobile environment of micro-blog public opinion dissemination mechanism.Firstly,the dissertation puts forward five factors of micro-blog public opinion dissemination in the mobile environment: the public opinion subject,the public opinion ontology,the public opinion media,the public opinion space and the public opinion object,etc.Secondly,from the two aspects of the internal needs and external incentives of micro-blog users,this dissertation constructs a conceptual model of micro-blog's public opinion dissemination motivation in the mobile environment;Then,based on the analysis of the cause and effect relationship of micro-blog public opinion transmission internal and external driving force and control power,the dynamic relationship and function form of micro-blog public opinion dissemination are deeply analyzed.The fourth chapter is based on the information ecological factor theory to study the influence factors of micro-blog public opinion dissemination in mobile environment.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of micro-blog public opinion communication in the mobile environment,the theoretical model and mathematical model of influencing factors of micro-blog public opinion dissemination are constructed.Secondly,using Java programming and spider crawling way to get Sina microblogging Ebola topic 395854 public opinion data,after data cleaning and processing,this dissertation carried out a correlation analysis of the data;Finally,based on the regression results,the dissertation analyzes the five aspects of the micro-blog public opinion transmission,such as object heat,new media information preference,information people influence,information environment heat and mobile information technology preference.The results show that new media information preferences,information people influence,information environment heat,mobile information technology preferences have a positive impact on micro-blog public opinion dissemination of the object heat.According to the degree of influence,the order of influence is information influential,information environmental heat,mobile information technology preference,new media information preference.In the fifth chapter,based on the theory of information ecological factors,the dissertation studies the characteristics and rules of micro-blog public opinion dissemination in the mobile environment.First of all,on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of micro-blog public opinion dissemination in the mobile environment,this dissertation constructs a conceptual model of micro-blog public opinion dissemination;Secondly,based on Sina micro-blog Ebola topic 14735 public opinion data as a sample,the micro-blog public opinion dissemination characteristics of the mathematical statistics and the distribution of law are analyzed.Finally,the ecological law of micro-blog public opinion dissemination is analyzed based on the characteristics of the change of the characteristics of information people,information content,information environment and information technology.The results show that the information ecological factor theory can effectively applied to the research of this chapter.The above characteristics show the distribution of power law,index and long tail,which accord with the laws of ecology regeneration,co-evolution,mutualism,allelopathy and effective limit.In the sixth chapter,based on the theory of information ecology chain,this dissertation studies the network structure of micro-blog public opinion dissemination in the mobile environment.Firstly,three types of topology networks are proposed,which are single-link,ring-link and complex-link,based on the chain dependencies formed by the circulation of information;Secondly,based on the 14735 public opinion data of Sina micro-blog Ebola,this dissertation makes an empirical study on micro-blog public opinion dissemination topology network type;Finally,from the K-core,Degree centrality,Betweenness centrality,Closeness centrality and other social network analysis of indicators,micro-blog public opinion network structure analysis carried out.The results show that the complex link type is the main topology of micro-blog public opinion dissemination network under the mobile environment,and micro-blog public opinion dissemination network is scale-free network.The micro nodes of the public opinion network in the mobile environment are quite different,the relationship is relatively sparse,and the mobile users play a more important role than the non-mobile users.In the seventh chapter,based on the theory of information ecosystem,this dissertation studies the model of micro-blog public opinion dissemination in the mobile environment.First of all,under the guidance of modeling thought,the micro-blog public opinion dissemination model under mobile environment is constructed.Secondly,the equilibrium point,threshold and internal mechanism of the model are analyzed.Then,based on Sina micro-blog Ebola 1701279 data,using genetic algorithm to solve ecological factor weight;Finally,the simulation is carried out by using MATLAB tools,and the simulation results are analyzed from different aspects.The results show that the mobile environment of micro-Bo public opinion will not continue to spread down;The greater the new media infection rate microblogging public opinion broke out faster;Information technology and information environmental factors on the impact of the density of infected more significant;The initial new media infected more public opinion more likely to break out.In the eighth chapter,based on the above theoretical research results,the dissertation constructs the "1345" system of micro-blog's public opinion management under the mobile environment,and puts forward some countermeasures.First of all,from the perspective of information ecology chain clear micro-blog public opinion management process;Secondly,based on the information ecology factor theory,it puts forward the micro-blog public opinion management strategy;Finally,based on the information ecology system theory put forward micro-blog public opinion management safeguard measures.The results indicate that micro-blog early warning,guidance and control process should be initiated at different stages of public opinion.Should focus on the use of culture and moral cultivation,control the main power constraints,information form management,information content management,control technology applications,information environment control and other public opinion micro-blog management strategy;In order to improve the performance of micro-blog public opinion management,it is necessary to promote the construction of legal system,strengthen the organization and coordination,increase capital investment,strengthen personnel training,establish performance evaluation and so on.The research of this dissertation has promoted the construction of micro-blog public opinion theory system,deepened the application of information ecology theory in micro-blog public opinion research field,and provided the theoretical support for strengthening micro-blog public opinion management in mobile environment;At the practical level,this dissertation can guide managers to strengthen micro-blog public opinion management in the mobile environment from the aspects of public opinion management process,strategy and safeguard measures.At the same time,this article can guide the development of micro-blog public opinion management system,as well as the protection of Internet users in the micro-blog platform for freedom of speech.Based on the theory of information ecology,the evolution of public opinion,the refinement of information and the research of goal orientation are the future research directions of this dissertation,so as to promote the development of micro-blog public opinion theory and deepen the micro-blog public opinion management performance from the practical level.
