This article is about the problem of employment of graduates from agricultural and forestry colleges thematic studies. The author in the current economic structural adjustment and financial crisis, the context of research by analyzing the dynamics at home and abroad, combined with relevant employment theory, using a standardized analysis and the method of combining empirical analysis, analysis of the current employment of graduates from agricultural and forestry colleges facing new situation, employment, the main difficulty is proposed to solve the difficult employment-related measures. This paper mainly from the following fronts:First of all, clear the background of this study, the purpose and meaning, and foreign research review, research ideas and methods, as well as innovation points. Define the scope of concepts and theories.Second, the analysis of the employment of graduates from agricultural and forestry colleges in China facing a new situation, namely: over-supply of the domestic labor market; a serious imbalance in the employment structure; internationalization of higher education; state college graduates who have policy support.Third, to explore the difficult employment of graduates from agricultural and forestry colleges in three areas: First, graduates of its own factors, including the quality of employment to be improved, lack of career planning and vocational ability, job attitude is not correct and so on. Second, agricultural and forestry colleges their own reasons, including the professional disciplines to set unreasonable, inappropriate course content is set, there to guide the employment of graduates and so on. Third, the employing unit of factors, including the employer's self-description is true that employers too much emphasis on work experience, the employing unit of talent high consumption, employment discrimination unit recruitment, lack of scientific selection criteria.Then, from graduates to address awareness of the difficult employment, graduates finding employment, graduates of intent, the school career guidance service quality in four areas are discussed in empirical analysisFinally, the difficult employment of graduates from agricultural and forestry colleges there are ways to mitigate or resolve these approaches include: Education to encourage graduates to establish a correct understanding of occupational values, and rationalize the employment expectations, timely adjustments to the employment state of mind; agricultural and forestry colleges be innovative training model, a positive adjustment of the professional curriculum, a sound employment policy mechanisms, improve the employment market mechanisms, innovation and employment guidance service delivery model, building the "Government - agriculture and forestry colleges - Social - Family" four in one of the career guidance service models.
