Recently, the employment of graduates has become the focus of social problems, along with China’s higher education showing the trend of mass education and the number of graduates entering into the labor market. There are two aspects on the employment of graduates. On the one hand, it is the employment problems, on the other hand, at the beginning of the work, graduates have frequent turnover. In addition, demanding for graduates’ degree is higher and higher, it makes the phenomenon of "higher education and lower employment” exist in some enterprises. But whether it is a major factor on frequent turnover of graduates, we need to further explore. Therefore, It has a practical significance to discuss the effect of education-job matching on the turnover intention of graduates for both graduates and the employer itself. At present, domestic scholars to Education-job matching problem’s studies are still in its infancy. However, abroad related researches have been relatively rich. They are more concerned about the impact of over-education worker’s income. Testing on the relationship among education-Job matching, job satisfaction and turnover intention’s study is rare. Consequently, discussing the relationships and mechanism of action among education-Job matching, job satisfaction and turnover intention certainly have a theoretical significance.Based on the previous Studies, the paper built a model of the relations among education–job matching, job satisfaction and turnover intention. Meanwhile, research’s hypothesis is proposed. In terms of empirical research, graduates are treated as the research object. Employment Survey data obtained through questionnaires. Then, using the statistical analysis and regression analysis analyzes the collected data. The relations among education –job matching, job satisfaction and turnover are tested. The innovation of this paper is to discuss the issue of turnover of graduates from the perspective of education-job matching, and build a theoretical framework among education-job matching, job satisfaction and turnover intentionThrough the study found that the education-job matching proportion of graduates is 63%. In the survey group, graduates education- job matching have a positive correlation with job satisfaction and have a negative correlation with turnover intention. Furthermore, job satisfaction function as part of an mediation between education-job matching and turnover intention. Combining these findings, this paper argues that Education-job matching is a valid predictor of job satisfaction and turnover intention.
