Objective:To compare the rehabilitation training under scalp acupuncture with that after scalp acupuncture, and to explore its clinical effect,so as to provide the exact treatment for the clinic.Methods:Sixty-eight patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 in each group, one in the treatment group and one in the control group, and 66 cases were finally completed. Both groups were given routine basic treatment.Treatment group: swallowing rehabilitation training under the condition of scalp acupuncture with needle;control group: swallowing rehabilitation training after scalp acupuncture. Before and 3 weeks after the treatment,we used Wada drinking water test and standard swallowing function assessment(SSA)to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.General information and contrasts before treatment:There was no apparent difference between the two groups. There was no statistically significant difference in drinking water score of SSA and lowland before treatment, and the two groups were comparable;2.Comparison in the group:After treatment, there was a distinctly significant imparity between SSA and drinking water test in the treatment group before and after treatment, showing a prominent effect in the treatment group. After treatment in the control group, the grades of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment, and P <0.05 was evidengtly significant, displaying that the control group also had an effect;3.Comparison between groups: After treatment, the grade results of the treatment group and the control group were contrasted,P<0.05.The imparity was obviously significant, showing that the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group;4.Contrasts with the curative effect: the entire effective rate of the treatment group was 93.93%,and that of the control group was 87.87%.By non-parametric test,P<0.05,the imparity was completely significant, displaying that the entire effective rate of thetreatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:The rehabilitation training under the condition of scalp acupuncture with needle has curative effect, but the rehabilitation training with needle has better curative effect. Therefore, the rehabilitation training with scalp acupuncture for the treatment of dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy after stroke reflects the treatment concept of "combination of dynamic and static, combination of Chinese and Western",which can give full play to the synergistic effect of the two and effectively promote the recovery of swallowing function.
