Study On The Application Law Of Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian And Its Acupoints Based On Modern Literature

Objective:Sorting and summarizes the clinical use of the foot-Shaoyang meridian and its acupoints and clinical application characteristics,so as to the clinical application of the foot-Shaoyang gallbladder provide reliable reference for the literature.Method:To "foot-Shaoyang gall bladder","gall bladder","foot Shaoyang" and its 44"acupoints" as inscription or the key words,which are used to search the China journal full-text database(CNKI),China journals database China Academy of Sciences(VIP),China Science Periodical Database(WF)through the computer,the time of retrieval was as of August 31,2016.Finally,the collected literatures were screened and compiled to establish the meridians and attending diseases and the correspondence between the acupoints and the attending syndrome.Results:The number of literatures of foot-Shaoyang and its acupoints was increasing year by year.In this study,23593 Chinese literatures were collected,including 16266 clinical articles and the first number of literatures,followed by experimental study and review class;treatment to acupuncture and acupuncture alone with the main drug;A total of 5763 clinical articles were collected from the meridians as inscription or keywords.The first five cases of the high-frequency secondary treatment were stroke,hemiplegia,migraine,lumbar spine,cervical spondylosis,facial paralysis;Among them,the fengchi high frequency of the first five symptoms of cervical spondylosis,migraine,dizziness,cluster headache,pillow neuralgia,etc;Yanglingquan high frequency of the first five for knee osteoarthritis,Stroke hemiplegia sequelae,low back pain,stiff neck,etc;ring high frequency of the first five symptoms of lumbar disc herniation,stroke hemiplegia sequelae,sciatica,cerebral infarction,chronic prostatitis.Conclusion:Foot-Shaoyang gallbladder and its acupoints attending a wide variety of clinical application is extensive,the exact effect,meridians and acupoints clinical application has a certain law.
