Distribution Of TCM Syndromes In Patients With Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis And Its Correlation With Serum Endothelin And Superoxide Dismutase

Objective:1.To explore the feature of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type TCM syndrome element,mainly discuss the location and nature of the syndrome element and the relationship between sex.age and the syndrome element.2.Research the concentration range plasma ET and SOD of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,focus on the otherness of different sex、and age.3.Research the relationship between TCM syndrome element and plasma ET、SOD of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type patients.Methods:According to the TCM four diagnostic methods to collect 114 cases with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type patient’s four diagnostic data,and at the same time,detection in patients with plasma concentration of ET and SOD,adopt TCM syndrome differentiation methods,to analysis the feature of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type TCM syndrome element,and the relationship between plasma ET and SOD by Logistic stepwise regression analysis.Results:1.Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type TCM syndrome element:(1)The location and nature of the syndrome element:The common disease location of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type syndrome element are kidney>spleen>liver>heart>stomach in turn,and the realpathological changes are mainly to cold>blood stasis>dampness>heat>Qi stagnation.the virtual pathological changes are mainly to Qideficiency>Yindeficiency>blooddeficiency>yangdeficiency>yang-excess.(2)The influence of age and sex to the TCM syndrome element On the syndrome element of integral,the male stomach,blood deficiency,Yang deficiency,yang-excess,syndrome element score lower than female,the male dampness element score higher than female(P<0.05).Liver syndrome element score in the old-age group lower than middle-age group,and blood deficiency element score in the old-age group higher than it.Heart syndrome element score in the middle-age group higher than young group(P<0.05).2.The concentration range plasma ET and SOD of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(1)The plasma ET of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type apparently higher than normal population,The SOD of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is just the opposite.(2)There is no difference between sexes of the plasma ET and SOD of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.(3)There were differences in age,the plasma ET of middle-age group and old-age group higher than young group(P<0.05),3 The relationship between TCM syndrome element and plasma ET.SOD.Logistic stepwise regression analysis:ET for the risk factors of kidney,blood stasis,heat syndrome element(OR values were 1.61、2.72、1.376);SOD for the risk factors of heat syndrome element(OR values were 0.513、0.4321).Conclusions:1.Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type TCM syndrome element(1)kidney,liver and spleen are the primary diseases location of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.(2)The realpathological changes are mainly to cold,blood stasis,dampness.The virtual pathological changes are mainly to Qideficiency,Yindeficiency,blood deficiency.2.The plasma ET of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type apparently higher than normal population,the plasma ET of middle-age group and old-age group higher than young group.3.As ET value increases,the more likely to wet the pathological changes of kidney、blood stasis、heat.With the decrease of SOD value increases,the more prone to the pathologic changes of the stomach、dampness.
