Energy production is great importance in China economic and social development.As for China scenario of power plants,the nuclear power plant will increase its ratio in the energy structure.The human-computer interface of a digital operation and monitoring system(HCIDOMS)is one of the important factors for nuclear power plants safety operation.Thus,the information reading and recognition from the human-computer interface,the performance of the operation instruction,play an important role to reduce the human operation errors and maintain the nuclear power plant working safely and efficiently.There are various attribute elements dealing with objective assessment and subjective assessment for the HCIDOMS,especially the uncertainty for subjective assessment issue,therefore,the assessment research of HCIDOMS has theoretical significance and engineering application value.The research results can provide theory and technical supports on design and evaluation for HCIDOMS.This paper takes human-computer interface of nuclear power plants' digitized operation and monitoring system as the research object.The development status of human-computer interface evaluation was summaried.The problems and issues for human-computer interface evaluation were addressed.The complexity and uncertainty features of the human-computer interface of nuclear power plants' digitized operation and monitoring system were analyzed.The basic establishing method of human-computer interface was studied,constructed the evaluation test method and the decision-making method for evaluation system and individual evaluation indicators.The hierarchical structure evaluation indicators system for human-computer interface was established.According to the importance level,relative characteristics and data credibility of the HCI indicators,the weighting model of HCIDOMS is studied,and the evaluation weighting value relation allocating method is proposed based on the subjective evaluation data set and gray proximity ideal point distance,and remanding coefficient of reasons of cause and effect.The calculation method for evaluation weighting assigning relationship was analyzed.The subjective integrated evaluation method is suggested based on the fuzzy grade comment sets of HCI and fuzzy interval information comments of HCI.Furthermore,the optimization of the fuzzy cluster model for HCI is developed using ant colony algorithm.This method should work effectively against influence of subjective evaluation data's fuzzy uncertainty to the evaluation results of HCI.The human-computer interface subjective evaluation checklist experimental method and eye tracking evaluation experimental method were established and applied.The subjective evaluation checklist form,subjective comment,subjective evaluation group selection method,comment reliability determination method and experimental indicators of eye tracking evaluation analysis were studied.The three-dimensional virtual measurement method was used to finish the objective evaluation indicators evaluation intuitively and accurately,such as ergonomics objective parameters,human positional relationships and so on.It improved the scientific and reliability of human-computer interface evaluation of nuclear power plants' digitized operation and monitoring system.According to the proposed evaluation method in this paper,the HCIDOMS design of a nuclear power plant were evaluated,and the recommendations are given to the HCIDOMS for modifications.
