Research On Pollution Prevention Of Livestock Scale Farmers:

For now,environmental pollution caused by manure,sewage,dead livestock and other waste restricts the development of livestock industry.In order to combat the pollution from large-scale breeding of livestock and poultry,the state promulgated the "large-scale breeding of livestock and poultry pollution control regulations" whose main principle is "Who pollution who governance",thus scale farmers are the main body of the pollution prevention and control.Although the country made provisions on livestock pollution problems from a legal perspective,but the introduction of specific policies,refine and implement need scientific research as a reference.Accordingly,how to judge the environment in scale livestock and poultry farms,how to deal with the major sources of pollution,whether affects the production of livestock and willingness of products subject to improve pollution control have become a key issue to achieve the coordinated development between scale livestock farming and environmental protection.This report looks at the pollution prevention behavior of farmers in microscopic angle,and makes a systematic study for it.Research ideas are as follows:First,derive an economic perspective causes and effects of pollution prevention behavior for scale poultry farmers;Second,assess the environment of hens farm and analysis the key factors which affects the pollution cognition of scale farmers;Third,analysis the pollution control behavior of scale farmers and explore pollution prevention efficiency;Fourth,analyze the impact from the pollution control to efficiency of layers;Fifth,seek the awareness of scale farmers to pollution prevention regulations,analyze and improve pollution prevention of their willingness;Sixth,summarize the results of the study,proposed to enhance the pollution prevention levels of scale livestock and poultry farms(households)and promote suggestions for livestock industry sustainable development.This study got the following conclusions:First,the manure cleaning mechanization degree of layers is higher,and its frequency also rises slightly.Factors which restrict farmers who raise layer manure cleaning level mainly include the farming scale,standardization,and frequency.From the point of view of intend improving,layers scale farmers tend to use the mechanized way.Second,the use of chicken manure shows a harmless trend.Scale farmers mainly sold the hens droppings.Breeding age and external environment affects the sell way of farmers.From the perspective of improving willingness,scale farmers tend to sell layer manure directly,and the ratio of bio-fermentation processing for layer manure has improved.Third,layer manure processing efficiency is low.Upgrading for manure handling efficiency of egg farmers is still potential.Effect of mechanical conservancy in improving layer manure processing efficiency is obvious.If farmers use biogas or sale the laying hen manure which have less polluting for the environment,the manure handling efficiency value may be higher.Fourfth,scale farmers' behavior in prevention and control of pollution affects the efficiency of large-scale breeding hens.From the output perspective,environmental efficiency of large-scale breeding hens is lower than productivity,mechanization and high frequency may be in favor of environmental efficiency.From the input perspective,environmental costs of air pollution in scale breeding hens is the highest,comprehensive technical efficiency containing environmental cost is relatively high,Mechanization Conservancy will help improve the efficiency of large-scale breeding hens which contains environmental costs.Fifth,pollution prevention willingness and awareness for regulations of Scale farmers need further promotion and guidance.Layers scale farmers' awareness of farm pollution and the "Regulations" is lower.Their pollution willingness is not strong,but the implementation of the "Regulations" guide the layer scale farmers effectively.According to research findings,the guidance and management by classification methods should be explored actively,efforts to support large-scale breeding of livestock and poultry pollution prevention and control should be improved,the scale poultry farmers' cognitive level for Pollution Control Law should be enhanced,and pollution control in poultry in regional level should be strengthened.
