According to document No.1 of the Central Committee in 2019,the important task of the current work of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" is to adjust and optimize the agricultural structure and vigorously develop scarce and green high-quality agricultural products.Developing low-carbon agriculture is an important link to accomplish the task of "agriculture,countryside and farmers".Global temperature is rising,extreme weather is increasing,and agricultural pollution is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,in order to cope with the threat of climate change,it is urgent to implement low-carbon development of agriculture and improve the agricultural ecological environment.Due to the restrictions of cultural level,funds,policies and other conditions,farmers' willingness to apply low-carbon technology in agriculture is relatively low.At this time,the government's policy guidance is very necessary.Based on the large-scale peasant households and their willingness to apply low-carbon technology in agriculture,this paper analyses the impact of government policy incentives on their willingness to apply low-carbon technology in agriculture,and puts forward more targeted suggestions to promote the wide application of low-carbon technology in agriculture.Through field investigation and questionnaire collection of large-scale farmers in Jiangxi Province,this paper obtains first-hand data.On the basis of data collation,descriptive statistical analysis and model construction are carried out.On the basis of reviewing relevant literature and analyzing related theories,this paper uses descriptive statistics and binary regression analysis to analyze the impact of policy incentives on farmers' willingness to apply low-carbon technology in large-scale agriculture.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Low-carbon policy subsidies have a significant positive impact on the application of agricultural low-carbon technology to large-scale farmers;(2)Low-carbon technology training has a significant positive impact on the application of agricultural low-carbon technology to large-scale farmers;(3)Information channels have a significant positive impact on the application of agricultural low-carbon technology to large-scale farmers;(4)Farmers' characteristics Quality and income level of farmers have a significant positive impact on the application of low-carbon technology in agriculture of large-scale farmers.According to the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions from subsidy,technical training and information channels: improving the existing laws and policies of agricultural low-carbon production subsidies,establishing and improving the subsidy mechanism of agricultural low-carbon production,integrating other relevant environmental protection subsidies,expanding the source of subsidy funds,increasing the subsidy of agricultural market construction;andincreasing rural education and farmers' occupation.Training,strengthening the organization construction of agricultural technology extension,speeding up the establishment and improvement of agricultural technology training system,upgrading the level of scientific and technological support,actively innovating agricultural technology training and service mechanism,and constantly meeting new needs;continuing to publicize and promote low-carbon technology,making full use of agricultural technology stations and the government to expand publicity channels,and supporting the application and promotion of low-carbon technology in agriculture in an all-round way.The role of farmers' professional cooperatives is to promote the application of low-carbon agricultural technology,establish agricultural science and technology demonstration zones,and actively play the role of agricultural extension model.
