Study On Willingness Of Farmers To Participate In Prevention Of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution In Zhaozhou County

The Central Document No.1 in 2017 clearly stated that "the zero-growth target for chemical fertilizers and pesticides should be further implemented,and local governments should establish organic fertilizers to replace common chemical fertilizer pilots,promote agricultural cost-saving,and increase agricultural economic benefits." Farmers' participation in the prevention and treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution is conducive to increasing the economic returns of rural households in Zhangzhou County and prospering the rural economy in Zhaozhou County,thereby promoting the sustained and stable development of the agricultural environment in the region.In order to protect the ecological environment of agricultural development in Zhaozhou County,we will actively promote the construction of beautiful countryside and achieve better and faster peasants' livelihood and sustainable development in Zhaozhou County.The purpose of this paper is to protect the ecological environment for the development of agriculture in Zhaozhou County,actively promote the construction of beautiful countryside,and better and faster realize the affluent life and sustainable development of farmers in Zhaozhou County.The significance of the study lies in: it is conducive to the government to formulate relevant policies and measures effectively,especially environmental protection and ecological protection in rural areas,which will help increase the economic returns of rural households in Zhaozhou County and prosper the rural economy in Zhaozhou County.The contents of the study are as follows: First,the definition of agricultural non-point source pollution and agricultural non-point source pollution control are defined,and literature research methods are used to sort out the research of domestic and foreign scholars.The field investigation method,inductive deduction method,and system analysis method are combined with Zhaozhou County.The status of agricultural non-point source pollution analyzes the farmers' participation in agricultural non-point source pollution;the second is a descriptive analysis of the status quo of agricultural non-point source pollution and its prevention and control in Zhaozhou County through field investigations,and further empirical analysis on this basis.The results of the analysis show that awareness of environmental protection,gender,age,education level,participation in technical training,and annual household income are all important influencing factors;once again,the research finds that problems in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution in Zhaozhou County are mainly concentrated on Farmers lack enthusiasm for participation,insufficient financial governance funds,difficulty in promotion of non-point source pollution technology,and extensive agricultural economic growth modes.The main reasons for the above problems are conflicts among stakeholders,insufficient financial support,and environmental protection policies.Lack of rural areas,lack of scientific and technological personnel support aspects.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control of farmers in Zhaozhou County: optimize and upgrade the industrial structure,increase capital investment and support,strengthen the management of agricultural science and technology personnel,improve the agricultural non-point source pollution service mechanism in Zhaozhou County,and expand agricultural environmental protection propaganda.Based on the research results,the following conclusions are drawn: Only the mutual coordination between the various stakeholders can ease their mutual contradiction,environmental protection policies and environmental protection funds support each other.The willingness of farmers to participate in the prevention and treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution can be improved,and environmental pollution can be effectively managed..The formation of a healthy and healthy ecological environment for agriculture can not be separated from the active participation of farmers.The prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution needs the close cooperation and extensive participation of each farmer.The upgrading of the agricultural industry in the process of increasing the participation of farmers in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution is the direction and goal of rural environmental development,increasing capital investment and support,strengthening the management of agricultural science and technology personnel,and improving the service mechanism of agricultural non-point source pollution in Zhaozhou County.Agricultural environmental protection propaganda is a way to maintain the sustainable development of the rural environment,and it is also an important part of the strategy of "rejuvenating the countryside".
