The New Study Of Qianqingtang Bibliography

"Qianqingtang Bibliography" is an influential works in the history of Chinese bibliography for cataloging various and abundant books as well as accurate textual criticism. Scholars have the unified view that it is the private bibliography in Qing Dynasty written by bibliographer Huang Yuji, who compiled "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History". the academic view is, this book has been lost. These two views, especially the "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty. History " is lost has become the conclusion. After doing a lot of research, I find those views are inaccurate, if studying "Qianqingtang Bibliography" and "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History" under that guiding ideology, we naturally can not solve the problem.This thesis, based on "Qianqingtang Bibliography" and "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History", including nine chapters:in chapter one,I analyze the compiler, layout style, classification characteristics, version, existence condition of "Art and Culture Record draft of Ming Dynasty History",in chapter two, I discuss the relationship between "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History" and biography of Ming dynasty. in chapter three, I examine the relationship between "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History" and "Art and Culture Record of Ming Dynasty" via comparison and investigation of individual items. the conclusion is,"Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History" is vital source of "Art and Culture Record of Ming Dynasty" but not the solo source. Based on deleting, merging, transferring and changing "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History", Wang Hongxu wrote "Art and Culture Record of Ming Dynasty". in chapter four, I research the relationship between "Qianqingtang Bibliography" and "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History", by using statistical methods, I list the classification and amount of items in tabulation, analyze the similarities and differences between the two, come to the conclusion that except the "Geography" and "Personal" parts, there are significant similarities between the two books. In chapter five,I research the relationship between "Geography" part of "Qianqingtang Bibliography" and "the Cabinet Library Catalogue". In chapter six, I research the relationship between "Geography" part of "Qianqingtang Bibliography" and "Annals of Zhejiang (Yong Zheng)". In chapter seven, I research personal" part of "Qianqingtang Bibliography""and "Ming poetry" in relationship. In chapter eight, I research "personal" part of "Qianqingtang bibliography" and "Annals of Zhejiang (Yong Zheng)" in relationship. In chapter nine, I rejudge "Qianqingtang Bibliography’s" writing time, compiler and directory properties and set a comprehensive evaluation based on the research above. Huang Yuji compiled "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History" in "History of Ming Dynasty" study,"Qianqingtang Bibliography" is a synthetic product composed of "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History","Ming poetry","the Cabinet Library Catalogue" and "Annals of Zhejiang". It was written latter than "Art and Culture Record Draft of Ming Dynasty History", not by Huang Yuji. While "Qianqingtang Bibliography" is not the result of Huang Yuji, naturally, it is not the private library catalog, nor history record bibliography, specifically, it belongs to the catalogue of publications record book of Ming dynasty.
