Under our government’s leading and pushing, higher vocational colleges, just as the other level vocational educational institutions which has responsibility to lead and instruct our country’ vocational education development, are reforming deeply for its personnel training mode. The basis of this reform is "Work--integrated learning, College-Enterprise cooperation and Internship". It has become the important developing route for higher vocational reform and development for College-Enterprise cooperation activities. During the process of reform, the solution of the problems for higher vocational student institution has become the important factor for College-Enterprise cooperation process.The research took the new institutionalism related organization theory as the Understanding and analysis framework. It also took J vocational college (hereinafter to be referred as"J college") as the higher vocational education Individual organization, researching student institution of the college in the process of College--Enterprise cooperation. By interview, literature research, field observation, deductive induction and methods of quantitative analysis, the research investigated30years history of student institution of the college and analyzed the problems existing in the College-Enterprise cooperation activities from the organization and individual level. Meanwhile, analyzed the examined the college’s reforming of measurement of student’institution.The research has shown that the activities of student’ institution operated by J college are deeply influenced by national policy, especially by College--Enterprise cooperation system. Following the expansion of College--Enterprise cooperation, the problems are more obvious for methods of traditional student’institution. In the organization level, it mainly exists the function fuzziness in organization and specificity and dispersion in the form of College--Enterprise cooperation level (such as "Ordering Education") and student institution. Meanwhile, in the individual level, it mainly showed the different understanding of College--Enterprise cooperation between teachers and student group for the discrepancy of value belief or different interests. Problems like these in cooperative enterprises also exist at the same time. For coordinating different professional and grade student to participate in the activities of College--Enterprise cooperation, the college properly deal conflicts and contradictions between the various functional departments with several approach, such as strengthening the institution of student "Focus shifting", speeding up the integration of field work institution and student’institution, coordinating the multiple interests between participants, adjusting student’ institution process. These approach were not only improved individual student’ social development but also brought the other side effects. During strengthening the overall institution of the college level and frequency, it restricted the practice of lower level teaching units to expand the initiative of College--Enterprise cooperation space for the institution model of" One project One discussion ". Overall, the reform of J college student institution exists a phenomenon of conflicting, uncertainty, and improving gradually.Paper based on the W. Richand Scott’inductive argument, who is scholar of theory of contemporary American new institutionalism organization. Author understood the shifting of student institution in J college through three kinds of competitive mechanism (increasing returns, increasing commitment and objective) and try to parse of the current operation of student institution in J college by organizational legitimacy view of three basic system elements (regulative and normative, and cultural-cognitive) and explain the reform of student institution in J college. This research put forward policy suggestion on the bases of analyzing the logic relationship between College--Enterprise collaboration and reform of student institution.Paper carried on the innovative attempt in applying the organization theory in case study (individual organization research), and demonstrated the closed theory relation and practice between cooperation of higher vocational College--Enterprise and reform of student institution. Field studies showed that the establishment and operation process of the institution system is not independent, but embodied the different sides during the shifting of case. |
