Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Cooperation Between College And Enterprises In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education, and developing vocational education with efforts is the inevitable requirement for the rapid development of China’s economic society. China’s industry needs a large number of high-skilled practical professionals in the process of participating in international competition. However, the existing model of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges is short of dynamic mechanism, which makes the school-enterprise cooperation unsmooth, and finally leads to that some vocational colleges can not achieve their goal to develop professionals, therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to explore how to construct the dynamic mechanism system for school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.Accordingly, based on the relative theories of education, psychology, management as well as the previous studies, in combination with the employment of document analysis, survey research, face-to-face interviews and other research methods, this paper has made a deep and thorough exploration on the dynamic mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges. Firstly, the paper gives a definition to dynamic mechanism; secondly, it makes a survey and analysis on the status of dynamic mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges; thirdly, it points out the existing problems lying in the dynamic mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges, that is, on one hand, enterprises and vocational colleges involved in school-enterprise cooperation lack of motivation, on the other hand, the support for school-enterprise cooperation from the government is not sufficient; fourthly, it makes a thorough analysis on the factors inside and outside; finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the dynamic mechanism system for school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. There are six major aspects. Firstly, perfect government-oriented mechanism. Secondly, establish benefit-driven mechanism between colleges and enterprises. Thirdly, establish rights and liabilities-constraint mechanism between colleges and enterprises. Fourthly, establish benefit-ensured mechanism between colleges and enterprises. Fifthly, construct mechanism of school-enterprise closely cooperation. Finally, strengthen monitoring mechanism of trade associations.
