The "Jingjin" in this paper as a geographical concept, specific refers to the Xuannan of Beijing and Tanggu of Tianjin. These two areas are mutuality, in modern times not only the Han Chinese scholar-bureaucrat’s enclaves and communication field, but also a poetry club and Ci club gathered. Beijing is a capital of the empire for a long time.So, the Beijing and tianjin culture exists in regional ethnic and gentry group, how to serve the central, but also restricted by the central sanctuary and cultural characteristics. And the literature of the Beijing and Tianjin, sometimes is not only a kind of regional literature, but also a kind of "Jingshi" culture. The Ci clubs and gathering in "Jingjin", reflected the relationship between literature and the power, social climate, time changes, become a complicated and significant issue to discuss.This paper investigates the innovations and explorations on Ci works of poet group in "Jingjin", and the complex thoughts and Social phenomenon their works reflected, in the face of modern academic ideas and living environment changes.There are three area in this dissertation.The first area is to reveal the reform of the "Ci history" in one hundred through discussion the modern fashion changes in Jingshi Ci Tan. This paper mainly analyzes the four periods:First,the new theory changes in Jingjin Ci Tan during Jiadao period——the rise of Changzhou Poetry School under cover of Zhexi Poetry School.Second, three kinds of orientation of Ci styles Change during Xiantong period-"Fengya Yu Yun","Rong Zhe Ru Chang","Li He Zhe Chang".Third, the universal tendency of promoting character and content in Jingjin Ci Tan during Tongguang period.Fourth, the innovation of Ci Ti under trend of "new culture".The second study deals with the groups of Ci-poets in "Jingjin".In the regional study of Ci,the Northern Ci Tan is relatively blank. In this paper, through comprehensive literature data sorted and collected, carefully analyzing the activity of Ci-poets, we hoping to initial reveal the overall appearance of the Jingjin Ci Tan. Which focuses on five Ci groups:the two Ci-poets circle of Changzhou and Wuzhong in"Practical Thought", Ci-poets group of Yiyuan in "Qingliu Yizheng",Guangxi Ci-poets group in "Reform Tread", Eight Flag Ci-poets group of late Qing Dynasty in Jingjin and old and new Ci-poets group in trend of "new culture".The third area is about the Social Attitude of intellectuals in Beijing and Theoretical spread of Changzhou Poetry School in The late Qing Dynasty. Changzhou Poetry School system, though early formation, become a mainstream theory is the result of changes in study style and social attitude of intellectuals in The late Qing Dynasty.There is a change atmosphere in Ci area in early Daoguang.To adapt this trend and political demards of poets who just enter the official career,the abstract Confucian idea in early Changzhou Poetry theory be respected and updated.The thoughts of traditional Changzhou Poetry School Theory which sent into capital, through transformation by Long Qirui and Wang Zheng,had integrated the rhythm of Wuzhong Ci school,elegant of Zhexi School and "structure art" of Tongcheng Acient Chinese Prose,at last be spread to whole country by activities of latter Linggui Ci school. In addition, because the modern literature material of Jingjin Ci Tan mostly undigested, and a large part of Ci-poets’s life experience and Ci works is still obscure. We weaved the Ci-poets’s activity chronology of Jingjin Ci Tan and collected version of Ci works of them.By doing these basic work, we hope to provide some more valuable historical materials for future studies of the Northern Ci Tan.
