Abstract/Summary:
At present, the demand of resource and energy is growing more and more alongwith the rapid economic development of our country and the increasing process ofagricultural modernization, urbanization and industrialization. The contradictionbetween the rapid growth of demand in the economy and the increasing problems ofthe environment is growing sharply with the exploitation of resources and energy,waste emissions continue to increase, then, developing the circular economy,promoting energy-saving and emission reduction and accelerating the transformationof economic development mode is important strategic decision of china currently andhas great significance to achieve the sustainable development of the whole society.The coal industry is a pillar industry and a basic industry, to develop circulareconomy on coal industry is an important part of building circular industrial system,the discussion and analysis of circular economy on coal mine form the perspective ofsystem which is based on the circular economy theory and system theory in this paperhas a certain practical significance.The circular economy theory is expounded systematically and used in circulareconomy development on coal mine in this paper, then, three definitions of circulareconomy on mine are obtained based on the analysis of the current situation of miningcircular economy at home and abroad:(1) Constructing the circular feedback loop onresources and products accords the “3R”principle of the circular economy theory;(2)Constructing the circular economy system in mining area which is coupled by theresources, environment, economic, population and other subsystems on the basis ofcomplexity theory;(3) Circular economy in mining area is essentially a kind ofecological economy that is based on the ecological economic theory. There are furtherstudies on connotation about the coal mining area and the circular economy in coal mining area from the viewpoint of system theory and more detailed studies about thecomposition, characteristic and function on circular economy system of coal miningarea combines with the actual situation of coal mining area, and then, the circulareconomy system structure of coal mining area is constructed and the circular economysystem theory of coal mining area is got rich.The system dynamics theory is described in detail, the basic steps of systemdynamics modeling and the use of Vensim-PLE software are introduced in this paper.The modeling objective, the practical problems to be solved and the boundary of thesystem are cleared according to the connotation of circular economy system in miningarea, the system dynamics model which is used in evaluation and simulation isconstructed, and the process of the model effectiveness test is described in detail. Toconstruct an effective system dynamics model on LongKou mining area and give anempirical study. According to the system dynamics to simulate the current economicdevelopment situation of LongKou mining area, regulate the main parameters of themodel and design the rapid development programme and coordinated developmentprogramme on mining area. In accordance with the comparative study of three kindsof programme to provide the related countermeasures and suggestions on thedevelopment of circular economy in coal mining area and the realistic basis for thepromotion of energy-saving emission reduction and the realization of sustainabledevelopment in coal mining area.
