Researching The Valuation System Of Science And Technology Progress Of Coal Enterprise

It has received more attention.that how to value science & technology progress with the enhancing of its effect in economy. How to value evaluation of science & technology of coal enterprise is a means of judging the level of science and technology development, and it is also the important measure to promote science and technology progress. So comprehensive valuation of science & technology is practical in coal enterprise.Researching science & technology progress, we must anatomy how to form reasonable construction, in order to achieve the total effectiveness of these elements. Basing on theory of comprehensive valuation, and according to valuation target and support degree of means, we set up an index system of valuation that can reflect each element of science and technology progress. About selection of mathematic technique and model, adopting any way to value science & technology progress has some advantages and limits. This article try to combine organically AHP and DEA, so that we can synthesize preferably advantages of these two ways, make them supplement and validation each other, get a calculable result. In result we can compare crosswise the state of science & technology progress of coal enterprise, and know status and effect of science & technology progress of each enterprise in their own industry. We can also compare lengthways, knowing state of science and technology progress of itself. Furthermore, each enterprise can make"Ingredient analyzing", so that we find out priority of promoting science & technology progress.In order to popularize and use efficiently in coal enterprise, I draw up the systematic software by language Visual Foxpro6.0. This paper is based on the research of comprehensive valuation of science & technology of KaiLun. Using the valuation system that my paper sets up, we evaluate the situation of science & technology progress of KaiLuan in 2001&2002. The result is scientific and rational. In fact, the valuation system is a successful valuation system of science & technology progress of coal enterprise and can be popularized in coal industry.
