The characteristics of the coal-mining areas in the new rural construction, a variety oftheoretical knowledge and research methods of this paper were used, research models andmethods of the new rural construction of the mine, and was strive to explore a suitable miningarea of coal resources which combined with pressure coal of the construction of new rural villagerelocation path for the construction of new rural mining of coal resources and explore a suitableroad.
