As a kind of resources,the technical talents have become the top priority of the organization management,and human resources have become the key strategic resources of the organization's core competitiveness.The research on the professional career of the technical personnel in the organization can coordinate the development of the technical personnel and organization,improve their satisfaction and sense of belonging.They can realize their own value,and make them become competitive capital.The Bureau of Coalfield geology in Ningxia,mainly undertakes the planning,project and design of coal geological exploration in Ningxia area.With the change of the market environment and the development of the organization,taking full advantage of human resources has become an urgent problem to be solved.At present,the research on career management in China is still in the primary stage,and there are few researches on the career management planning of technical personnel in public institutions.This paper takes the professional and technical personnel of the Bureau of Coalfield geology in Ningxia as the research object,through reviewing the relevant theories at home and abroad,based on the questionnaire and interview,based on the characteristics of professional and technical personnel and combined with the actual development,from the perspective of personal and organizational,to planning and designing the career of the professional and technical personnel,aimed at improving the development goal of the employee and the organization which is not clearly and the staff incentive mechanism which is not perfect and so on.Through the implementation of the design plan,not only can make the employees clear their career goals and make the right decisions for their career planning,but also make the organization to improve the career development promotion channel,motivating employees and ensuring the stability of the team.Helping the organization to create a good atmosphere,to fill the gaps in employee's career development planning,to further enhance the level of human resource of the organization management.It will play a positive role to the management of the the professional and technical personnel in the Bureau of Coalfield geology in Ningxia.
