What is more, performance appraisal is hard to meet the requirement of performance measurement, which leads to the further development of coal prospecting enterprises lack vitality and vitality. If there is no chance from such an unfavorable situation, the development of coal exploration industry will be difficult.Balanced Scorecard (BSC), an advanced strategy for performance evaluation methods, is objective to improve business performance evaluation system, the strategic capability and core competitiveness of the implementation. BSC, which is based on the introduction to this article, is expected to adapt to Coal Exploration business in China, Coal Prospecting enterprises to improve the level of performance assessment and strategic execution, so as to coal geological prospecting enterprises sustainable and healthy development of the theory of practical guidance.This paper includes five parts:the first part is the introduction part of this article, mainly the background and significance of this study, the purpose, content and framework, research methods and the expected contribution of introduction and notes; second part is the use of relevant theories, from the perspective of management and accounting, to carry out a detailed theoretical analysis of BSC; the third part of this way of using case studies on how the introduction of the Coal Geological Exploration Company BSC, and BSC mode of selection and analysis of the BSC in Coalfield Geological Exploration of specific business applications and the effect on predictive analysis; fourth pan is based on the content of the above three chapters, the application of a good BSC for the proposed specific measures and suggestions.
