Equipment manufactuirng is a leading industry to provide comprehensive technicalequipment and inrfastructure support for the national economic development and nationaldefence construction. To invigorate China’s equipment manufactuirng industry on thedevelopment road with Chinese characteristics is an important task proposed in the16thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which is a major strategicinitiative for establishing and implementing the scientific outlook on development, adheirngto the new path of industiralization with Chinese characteirstics, and thus achieving the goalof long-term national economic stability and sustainable development. With thirty years ofexpansion and exploration on the road of reform and opening up, China’s equipmentmanufactuirng enterpirses have been playing an increasingly important role in the globalcompetition and international equipment manufactuirng industry chain. And to meet the needsof the times, many countires have taken the development of equipment manufacturing andequipment manufacturing enterpirses as an important initiative to enhance overall nationalstrength.Core competitiveness is an important means of maintaining equipment manufacturers’competitive advantage and sustainable and stable development. It is a reliable guarantee forand an inexhaustible source of long-term competitive advantage of equipment manufacturersas well. This paper takes China’s equipment manufactuirng enterprises as the study object, thedynamic management of the core competitiveness as the main research line, the establishingand implementing of dynamic management system as the research focus. It conducts acomprehensive integration and innovative research of the management system with thedynamic, cycling and feedback mechanisms, including identifying, cultivating, applying,evaluating of the core competitiveness of enterpirses and the promoting strategies in thecompetitive process. The purpose is to effectively deploy our existing resources and toimprove the ability to fully integrate and make use of the external resources available, thusmaking efforts to focus on improving the core competitiveness of equipment manufactuirngenterpirses to meet the requirement of times.This dissertation clearly defines the connotation of”equipment manufactuirng industry" before further analyzing the important and fundamental role that China’s equipmentmanufactuirng industry has played in the development of our national economy. It proposesthe main research ideas on the dynamic management mode of the core competitiveness of theequipment manufactuirng enterpirses, expounding on the cultivation, application andevaluation of the dynamic management of the core competitiveness of the equipmentmanufactuirng enterpirses. And then the evaluation system established is tested andpractically proved by taking HQLJ Company as a case study. The dynamic managementmodel of core competitiveness of enterpirses discussed in this dissertation is ifrst consideredfrom the actual situation of China’s equipment manufacturing enterpirses, with the main aimto study how to find the sustainable development path from the re-understanding andre-integration of their ability for equipment manufactuirng enterprises in China and put forththe safeguard mechanism for the promotion of dynamic management level of equipmentmanufactuirng enterpirse’s core competitiveness and enhance the core competitiveness.The cultivation and application of the equipment manufactuirng enterprise’s corecompetitiveness are two main aspects of the dynamic management process of the corecompetitiveness of equipment manufactuirng enterpirses. How to nurture and apply the corecompetitiveness is an important determinant in achieving the dynamic management of China’sequipment manufactuirng enterpirses.The benign and orderly development of dynamicmanagement of equipment manufactuirng enterprises’ core competitiveness need reasonableand effective operation of safeguard mechanism. And based on the proposing of the macrostrategic ideas on equipment manufacturing enterpirses’ core competitiveness, this paperfurther proposes the viable model selection of concrete operation, and the approaches toenhancing the core competitiveness and the level of dynamic management of the corecompetitiveness of the equipment manufacturing enterprises. From the intenral strategicmanagement point of view, the framework of dynamic management mode operationalsafeguard mechanism must be established and developed from the following three aspects: thestrategic thinking, strategic models and strategic path-choice to improve the equipmentmanufactuirng enterpirse’s core competitiveness.
