Research On Evaluation Of Core Competence Of High End Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

High-end equipment manufacturing is the foundation of China’s national economic development.It is also the core of the equipment manufacturing industry and the the high-end link of the industrial value chain.However,in recent years,it is facing the dilemma of "two-way extrusion".In the stressful turning point and upgrading level of manufacturing economics,how to enhance the core competitiveness in our nation’s high-end manufacturing enterprises becomes the strategic issue of enterprise development.Therefore evaluation and studies that has been carried out on the core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises are both theoretically and practically significant in today’s society.This essay focuses on the evaluation of the core competitiveness in high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises as an opening.The first chapter analyzed the research background,summarized the research notes and also pointed out research questions.The second chapter addressed the definition of the concept and the theoretical basis of the core competitiveness.It set a fixed border for questions and provided theoretically supportive ideas.The third,fourth and fifth part is the body of the essay,which analyzed issues and solved problems.These issues included the consisting elements of the core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing,the orientational evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of the high-end equipment manufacturing,the evaluation method of core competence of high-end equipment manufacturing and the construction of the evaluation model.Among these chapters,we deducted the first grade orientational level,second grade orientational level of the consisting elements of core competitiveness of the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises through SWOT analysis,value chain analysis,customer value analysis,core competitiveness formation process as well as the analysis.These included first grade orientational level,second grade orientational level;On this basis,we researched on the primary election and revision of the orientational evaluation index system for the core competitiveness in the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.We also gave a brief illustration for the principles of building up this orientational evaluation index system.After establishing the consisting elements of the core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing as well as the orientational evaluation index system as the basics,an holographic radar image was selected as an evaluation method and then a holographic radar image evaluation model was also constructed.We also combined our findings with the empirical analysis of XS enterprises as a case.We targeted on offering suggestions on how to improve the core competitiveness.The main conclusions of this paper are mainly embodied in the connotation of the core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,the core competitiveness evaluation index system of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and the core competitive evaluation model of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.New explorations and contributions are mainly embodied in the core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,which make up the gap of the current research.The evaluation index system further improved and enriched the theory of dynamic management of the core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing;The radar graph model of core competitiveness in high-end equipment enterprises provided the multi-leveled evaluation index system of multi-types and multi-information complexity with a foundation.Future research will mainly focus on improving the pertinence of the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of high-end manufacturing enterprises.As the observation period of the subjects prolongs,we will further offer scientific reference frames for the cultivation and improvement of their core competitiveness.
