1.Research ObjectiveThe updating speed of intelligence and technology has been accelerating and the operational environment of enterprises has changed rapidly along with the development in network and media industry since21century. Capital accumulation has diminished its scarcity gradually, and capital itself is no longer the main barrier of competition. Enterprises are seeking for profits brought by new intelligence. As long as intelligence being the key scarce resource in enterprises competition, the intellectual capital functions as the core of organizational structure of the enterprise instead of monetary capital and as the main value-added resources and carrier of operational risk. Also, the intellectual capital gets the residual claim and residual control of the enterprises.Modern enterprises have been exploring and focusing on being flexible and quick-reacting to maintain high-efficiency of organization and high-quality service to their clients and to promote organizational performance. Collect, analyze and handle all kinds of information and knowledge from enterprises internally and externally to optimize the management of organization and to arouse the enthusiasm of employees and bring their creativity into display, to adapt to the rapid change of the external environment.2.Research contents and conclusions(1)Investigate into organizational structure from the perspective of intelligence and regulationsEnterprises are managed by intelligence and regulations, and organizational structure is the combination of intellectual management and regulatory management. Analyzing the revolution of organizational structure from the perspective of intelligence and regulations is close to the nature of organizational structure. In this part, the developing trace of organizational structure is teased clearly by using the methodology of documentary research and comparing research. The Theory of Economic Dynamics is adopted to build a model which illustrates how the modifying intelligence affects the regulatory management in organization. At the same time, relational organization, centralized organization, decentralized organizations and LingDon organization are classified according to two dimensions:intellectual capacity and regulatory flux.(2)Classification research of individual behavior of organization membersIncrement reflects the value-adding degree of external clients through individual behavior; Adaptability reflects the adaptable degree of individual behavior to its own value and preference. According to these two dimensions, this thesis classifies the individual behavior of organization members into four categories:value behavior, programming behavior, preference behavior and change behavior.(3)The influence of organizational structure on individual behavior and enterprise performanceIntelligence and regulations engender the enterprise performance by affecting individual behavior. Build the theory model, design scale and survey plan and put them into practice based on available literature and material. Equation of structure is adopted to analyze the influence of intelligence and regulations on individual behavior, the interaction among individual behaviors and individual behaviors’ effect on enterprise performance. Cluster analysis and discriminatory analysis is used to study how different distribution of intelligence and regulations in organizational structure affects individual behaviors and enterprise performance.(4)Construct the LingDon model theory of Intelligence-Driving-RegulationsLingDon management build the organizational system and management model of Intelligence-Driving-Regulations with object as its center, set the change into normality. Organizational function promotes the generation, competition, application and implement of intelligence and turn the management level into auxiliary level to support its members realize object. The constructing theory of LingDon management proceeds from four aspects:regulation flexibility, individual behavior analysis and optimization, establishment of internal resource data and establishment of LingDon organizational structure. Each aspect is equipped with its constructing instruments, methods and processes. 3. Theory Contribution(1)Analyze the organizational structure from the perspective of intelligence and regulationsAnalyzing the organizational structure from the perspective of intelligence and regulations and classifying it into four categories is close to its nature. Analyzing the influence of modifying intelligence made on regulatory management in terms of the Theory of Economic Dynamics is realistic significant and theoretical valuable in deepening the analysis of organizational structure.(2)Classification research of individual behavior from two dimensions: Increment and AdaptabilityClassification research of individual behavior from two dimensions: Increment and Adaptability divides individual behavior into four behavior:value behavior, programming behavior, preference behavior and change behavior. This classification includes professional behavior and non-professional behavior as well as individual motivation and behavior level, which widely covers the individual behavior study and is of practical operability.(3)The establishment of measure scaleBased on a large quantity of literature study and practical experience, intellectual capacity, regulatory flux, value behavior, programming behavior, preference behavior, change behavior and enterprises performances are analyzed with focus group, and a formal measure scale is established with the help of management experts and practical staff.(4)Empirical Analysis Method is adopted to investigate organizational structure’s influence on individual behavior and enterprises performanceBuild the theory model, design scale and survey plan and put them into practice based on available literature and material. The data of typical enterprises and employees are adopted to analyze the influence of intelligence and regulations on individual behavior, the interaction among individual behaviors and individual behaviors’effect on enterprise performance.(5)The establishment of LingDon management model of Intelligence-Driving RegulationsLingDon management model of Intelligence-Driving-Regulations is proposed based on above research with its connotation and ideology analyzed and its four constructing methods discussed:regulation flexibility, individual behavior analysis and optimization, establishment of internal resource data and establishment of LingDon organizational structure. The development of these four aspects will benefit the innovation capacity and performance of the enterprises practically and operationally.
