Wei Jin Southern And Northern Dynasties In The History Study

The Shangshu studying of Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties is a transitional period in the histotory of Shangshu studying.There are many controversial issues of Shangshu studying are emerged in this period,so the thoroughly research of the Shangshu studying of this period is very urgent.But in the period of Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, the Metaphysics and the Buddhism are very prosperous,which lead to the declining of the study of Confucian classics.And compare with the other classical works,such as Zhou Yi,Li,Lun Yu and Xiao Jing,the environment of Shangshu studying is awful,for example,there are more and more Confucian classics teachers not only study Shangshu,but also research the Metaphysics and the Buddhism.Besides these, the political confrontation between the south and north,which result in the different shape of the Shangshu studying,such as the difference of text,study style,study content and attitude to writing.Meanwhile the migrating of Confucian classics teachers make contributions to the exchange of the Shangshu studying between the south and north.Because of the declining of the study of Confucian classics and the chaos caused by war in the period of Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, the literatures of Shangshu studying are very limited,so this thesis makes full use of document handed down for generations and unearthed literature, to summarize the characteristic of Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties Shangshu studying,and to explore the performances,reasons and influences of academic arguments in this period on the basis of compiling materials from other books and comparative studies.The smriti of Shangshu’s commentary and notes of Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties reflected in three aspects.The first,the way of commentary and notes tends to succinct,which is contacted with flourishing of the Metaphysics and the development of the way of commentary and notes itselves.The second, a new mode of commentary and notes names Yishu is produced in this period,and be all the rage at the moment. Thirdly, phonetic notation separated itself from exegesis.Following the declining of the Metaphysics and the propagating of the Buddhism, many phonetic notation monographs with the traditional method of indicating the pronunciation of a Chinese character are emerged,so the traditional method of indicating the pronunciation of a Chinese character which makes by the people of Han Dynasty is unauthentic.The study of Wangsu’s Shangshu science is very important.On the basis of compiling materials of Wangsu’s Shangshu science from other books and study of thoroughly compare the difference of the Shangshu text of Ma Rong,Zheng Xuan and Wang Su,we found that there are many difference between the Shangshu text of Ma Rong,Zheng Xuan and Wang Su,what resulted by many times copy and subjective explanation.Through this comparatively study,we can explore the value of the text of Ma Rong,Zheng Xuan and Wang Su.On the other hand,we found that there are many analogous views between Zheng Xuan and Wang Su, which indicate that the debate between Zhengxuan and Wangsu is not deliberate,but because of the different academic views of them.The appearance of the text of Shangshu be annotated by Kong Anguo in the Eastern Jin Dynasty thoroughly change the alignment of the Shangshu studying,and thus brings about a series of problems which continued from Song Dynasty to Qing Dynasty,and even to today.Firstly, the author of the text of Shangshu be annotated by Kong Anguo is not a regular person.Through analyses datas,we found that the text of Shangshu be annotated by Kong Anguo is the result of collected,arranged,polished the sentences are quoted by other ancient books and various of ancient text of Shangshu by many people.This process last long, and the definitive edition is been presented by Mei Ze at last.Secondly,on the basis of observation of the life story of Zheng Chong,Su Yu,Liang Liu,Huang Fumi,Zang Cao and Mei Ze,we can sure that the imparting system of the text of Shangshu be annotated by Kong Anguo is credible.Thirdly,the publishing of The Inscribed Bamboo-slips of Chan Kuo collected by Qing Hua University provided more trustworthy materials for our correction study.Through the comparative study of of The Inscribed Bamboo-slips of Chan Kuo collected by Qing Hua University and nowadays’ Shangshu text,we found that the XIAN YOU YI DE and the YUE MING of the text of Shangshu be annotated by Kong Anguo are pseudograph, and the JIN TENG is been arranged and polished by later, isn’t the initial shape too.The handwritten copy of the Six Dynasties of Dunhuang handwriting copy is very important for the Shangshu’s editional study of Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties. The handwritten copy of P.4900(1)、 P.2533、P.2980、P.2549、P.3871are related to the preface writtern by Kong Anguo,Shangshu’s fifty-eight contents name,partial contents of YU GONG,YIN ZHENG,BI SHI,and the full text of GAN SHI,WU ZI ZHI GE,QIN SHI.Because the handwritten copy of the Six Dynasties followed is the vestigital one of ancient character text,so there many doublet characters and characters in popular form.Although these illegible words influenced the value of the handwritten copy to a certain degree,but this is common phenomenon be studied in that distinctive background.In the mass, these handwritten copies have seldom mistakes,so the level of copy is also quite good.The Explanation of the Terms and phrases of the Shangshu being down before Sui Dynasty, by the examination of the contents,quotations of The Explanation of the Terms and phrases of the Shangshu and Lu Deming’s academic tradition.Because of the nowdays’ text of The Explanation of the Terms and phrases of the Shangshu is been changed by Chen E of Song Dynasty,so only through all-sided comparison of the text of the Transcript of Tang Dynasty and the one of nowadays of the Explanation of the Terms and phrases of the SHUN DIAN,can we explore the features and reasons of these changes,and evaluate objectively the desert of Chen E. Although Chen E’s change destroies the primeval document,meanwhile this action is significative to the spread,acception and research of the Explanation of the Terms and phrases of the Shangshu.
