With the gradual deepening of reform and opening up to the outside world, various social contradictions have become increasingly evident and the problem of social justice in all the fields has caught extensive attention. The problem of social justice is not only a realistic issue facing China, but also a value issue. College students are the builders and successors to the cause of Chinese socialism. They attach great importance to national reform and social transformation with acute observation and insight toward social issues. However, they are also prone to follow blindly with a herd mentality. The existence of the phenomenon of social injustice will not only bring them the feelings of injustice, but also the value judgment toward justice. Meanwhile, the injustice actions took by college students in school fully demonstrates social contradiction’s influence on their justice views. This has brought the issue of how to guide the justice view of college students. According to the Central government’s requirements of nurturing and practicing socialist core values; they have put forward the education of college students’ justice view. College students’justice view is the new project of ideological and political education. What is the theory of justice view? How to carry out the education of college students’ justice view? It is necessary to have a deep discussion. This paper decides to feature it, being directed by Marxist concept of justice, aiming at promoting college students’ socialist core values, and it will have a comprehensive research on the education of college students’ justice view in a period with rising social contradictions in order to put forward pertinently the target system of college students justice view education, the system of education contents, the system of education methods and the system of education policies and institutional reforms and so on, on the basis of the survey of the current situation of college students’justice view. The paper includes four parts, which can be described as follows:The first part is introduction, this chapter analyzes the modern social transformation caused by frequent social contradictions in the process of justice, and social justice issues influence on college students, and the basic requirement of the socialist core values, explains the origin of this study. Papers at home and abroad and justice view education theme data and research progress of the study on the related theory, found that there are less research on justice view education at present, it is difficult to response to the college students the reality of justice view education requirements, it further illustrates the research this topic of theoretical value and practical significance. This chapter summarizes the paper’s frame structure, research contents, research methods, innovations and shortcomings.The second part (chapter2) mainly studied the theories about justice, justice view, justice education and some related education theory at all times and in all countries. The western theory of social justice is more substantial, and it has formed a developing thread from ancient Greece to modern times. This article studies the justice theory of Liberalism and Communitarianism which have a big influence in modern western world; we studied the change about justice thought in and after Qin and Han Dynasty, and found out our traditional culture possess rich justice thought. It’s a valuable resource for today’s justice view education. This paper focuses on Marx’s doctrine about justice theory, the Marx doctrine on analyzing the social justice problem class stand, views about the method of social justice, critical and normative unity about social justice and individual freedom unity, the study of justice view education has a guidance value for College students. The article combs the justice theory from central collective leadership both in revolution period and construction period, mining the social justice thought in different periods in the process of socialist modernization. Because the more close to the reality and the reality of the China, these Chinese of Marx’s theory of justice, is the most important theory premise guiding the research?In the third part (chapter3), we studied the current situation of college students’ concept of justice by doing a survey. It suggests that on one hand, there are positive aspects like critical spirits, sense of participation, and concept of solicitude. On the other hand, there are also negative aspects like Justice cognitive biases, impartiality of strong criticism and weak practice bias, radical and irrational thinking. Investigation of existing situation provides the reality basis for the education of studying college students’ concept of justice.The fourth part (chapter4, chapter5, and chapter6) mainly studies the problem of how to carry out justice view education of college students. The fourth chapter discusses the target and content choice of justice view education for college students. Aim to Marxism fair view as the general objective education goal, the paper from cultivating college students’ individual justice view and practice to think the goal of justice view education. In this principle, the paper put forward the concept of cognition, and behavior and a series of justice view education goals. About justice view education content, the choice of papers from fit into the overall requirement of our modernization construction, the will, the socialist core values of Marxism justice viewpoint, humanity education and the modern rule of law and right to education and fair view of traditional culture in our country, to realize scientific justice view education content, modernization and nationalization of the organic unity.The fifth chapter discusses the methods of justice view education of college students. This paper discusses that the college students’ view of justice education method is the collected way, the means and approaches to the integration of comprehensive method. The method of choice of justice view education for college students is to respect the laws of students’ cognitive and acceptance, paying great attention to combining theory and practice, combination of science and human nature. From the perspective of the concrete operation of justice view education, we should based on traditional knowledge education, innovation education classroom form so as to draw lessons from social resources, widen the way of justice view education and practical education, to improve the effectiveness of justice view education method.The sixth chapter explores the problems in college students’justice view education implementation. Justice view education college students eventually to implement in practical level, due to the affected and restricted by various factors in reality, therefore, build perfect justice view education implementation of the system should be the choice of the implementation of justice view education. From the education administrative department of the policy to the education the teaching arrangement and design of the concrete implementation unit, from the education condition guarantee to the shaping of environment atmosphere, etc., each link will affect the fairness of education concrete implementation effect.
