The Study Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Pancreatic Cancer

Differenting Treatment is the treasure of Chinese medicine.The accuracy of differentiation is the key for achieving clinical efficiency.Therefore, it is necessary to do a systemetical research about differentiation and treatment law of pancreas cancer.Object:To study disease location character and disease feature character of pancreas cancer in order to standardize the characteristic features of pancreas cancer.Method:through a literature review of ancient and modern medical research about pancreas cancer, the commonly-seen symdromes of pancreatic cancer were summarized.278 cases of pancreas cancer were collected by the method of clinical epidemiology and carried out clustering and principal component analysis by SPSS 18.0 software.Result:278 pancreas cancer cases showed that the main disease location of pancreas cancer were spleen, liver, stomach, gall and kidney, taking 100%、58.6%、50.7%、27.3%、 20.5% respectively; main disease features were blood stasis, qi stasis, qi deficiency, wetness, phlegm and hot, taking 100%、74.1%、66.2%、59.7%、38.8%、34.5% respectively. Regulating the disease location, disease features and commonly-seen clincal synptoms of pancreas cancer to establish a "disease and symdrome diagnosis information form of pancreas cancer".Conclusion:278 pancreas cancer cases indicates that the main disease location of pancreas cancer were spleen, liver, stomach, gall and kidney and main disease features were blood stasis, qi stasis, qi deficiency, wetness, phlegm and hot.The basic disease location of pancreas cancer is in spleen. The basic disease feature are phlegm and stasis, and the applied disease locations are stomach, liver, gall and kidney. The applied disease features include qi-stasis, dampness, heatness, water-satsis. Activating spleen, removing dampness and phlegm, motivating blood circulation to remove blood stasis are the uesful clinical treatment methods.
