Correlation Between Serum Tumor Markers Of Liver Cancer And Disease Location And Disease Character

Objective:In this paper,529 cases of primary liver cancer were analyzed to bring Serum tumor markers into liver cancer disease pattern,explore correlation between serum tumor markers of liver cancer and disease location and disease character,apply objective exam index of western medicine to the diagnosis of TCM disease location and disease character,provide reliable differentiation evidence for TCM treatment of liver cancer,offer a new point of view for liver cancer's TCM differentiation and make TCM diagnosis of li'ver cancer more objective and normalized.Method:Through literature study,the commonly seen symptom terminologies of primary liver cancer were normalized and case info sheet of patients of primary liver cancer was drawed up.529 cases of primary liver cancer were collected by the investigation method of clinical epidemiology.The selected serum tumor markers include AFP,CEA,SFe,CA199,CA125,CA153 and AFU.Apply SPSS22.0 to analyze statistic.Apply chi-square test to counting data.The correlation test used binary logistic analysis.Test level has statistical significance with P<0.05.Conclusion:? The basic disease location of primary liver cancer is liver,tightly related with spleen.Secondly,gallbladder,kidney,stomach and lung;The main disease characters are qi stasis,qi deficiency,dampness,hot,stasis,water stasis,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,blood deficiency,phlegm and cold.?Each of serum tumor markers,including AFP,CEA,AFe,AFU,CA125,CA199 and CA153,is correlated with liver.In addition,AFP is correlated with other factors including spleen,stomach,gallbladder,dampness,hot and water stasis in spite of liver;CA125 is correlated with other factors including gallbladder,spleen,lung,kidney,dampness,hot,stasis,water stasis,qi deficiency,yin deficiency and coldness in spite of liver;AFe is correlated with other factors including gallbladder,kidney,blood deficiency and yin deficiency in spite of liver;CA199 is correlated with other factors including gallbladder,hot and qi stasis in spite of liver;CA153 is correlated with other factors including water stasis and yin deficiency in spite of liver.The above correlations all have statistics significance(P<0.05).
