Study On Principles Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:At present,there are many kinds of research on syndrome differentiation of chronic hepatitis B,many doctors and scholars begin to treat it according to syndrome differentiation,so it is difficult to form a unified dialectical understanding,and there are still a lot of problems to be discussed in TCM standardization of chronic hepatitis B syndrome.This study is based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of viscera system created by Professor Wu Chengyu,through the understanding of chronic hepatitis B chinese medicine related diseases,the study of etiology,pathogenesis,disease location and syndrome differentiation,combined with the basic clinical information of patients with chronic hepatitis B,analyzes the position and characteristics of chronic hepatitis B,regulates the position of chronic hepatitis B and Pathological characteristics of chronic hepatitis B syndrome differentiation law study.Significance:The five visceral system differentiation system is to extract the characteristics of disease and disease from the standard clinical information,and makes the combination of the two to form a relatively normative syndrome.In order to grasp the complex and changeable syndromes in clinic,the system follows the principle of "measuring viscera by physiological and pathological phenomena and syndrome differentiation",and is the response and application of TCM syndrome differentiation principle and law.In this study,through the collation of the relevant literature and the use of epidemiological survey methods,according to the principle of"combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation",this paper first applies viscera system and combination rule to chronic hepatitis B syndrome,and constructs a new pattern of chronic hepatitis B syndrome differentiation.The application of the system in the study of chronic hepatitis B is not only a manifestation of the combination of clinical syndromes,but also makes the syndrome differentiation of chronic hepatitis B more flexible,accurate and easy to understand and grasp,which is beneficial to the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B syndrome.Methods:Through a large number of Chinese medicine literature,the ancient literature on the discussion of chronic hepatitis B is systematically combed,summed up and discussed in the literature on chronic hepatitis B in Chinese medicine related diseases,syndrome differentiation,etiology,pathogenesis,location and so on.Recognizing that the clinical Syndrome differentiation and classification of chronic hepatitis B are complex and diverse and lack of certain norms,therefore,the simple and standardized viscera system is applied to the syndrome differentiation of chronic hepatitis B,which simplifies and standardizes the complicated dialectical process,and makes the syndrome differentiation of chronic hepatitis B easier to grasp.In addition,the article discusses the external treatment of chronic hepatitis B,the correlation between the disease and the Constitution of TCM,and has a more holistic and in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis and prevention of chronic hepatitis B.In this paper,305 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients are collected through epidemiological investigation and research methods.After the symptom audit standard and the data statistics,then uses the cluster analysis,the principal component analysis and so on to analyze the chronic hepatitis B disease position and the disease distribution law,constructs "the Chronic hepatitis B disease syndrome Diagnosis Information table",to standardize the disease level and syndrome of chronic hepatitis B,sum up the basic syndromes of chronic hepatitis B and the combination rule of compound syndromes.Result:The five viscera system and its combination rule are applied to the syndrome differentiation of chronic hepatitis B,the criterion of the syndrome of chronic hepatitis B is studied,and the accuracy and clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of chronic hepatitis B is improved.
