As the fifth batch of old heir for the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine project, from 2012 to 2015, I had the opportunity to follow our professor C to inherit traditional way to study,and studied of the classics,and follow-uped about the teacher, and felt the teacher know the thinking method of the study in medicine and treatment of disease and clinical drug using, added and subtracted the cutting sent party characteristics and laws, to study and inherit summarize tutor’s academic thoughts and clinical experience, I grouped academic benefit, felt quite a lot on thethinking of traditional Chinese medicine. STZ was injected intraperitoneally in the above groups except the normal controlgroup, terwhich themodeling groupswere given 2 weeks ordinary diet then following up high fatdiet for 8 weeks to replicate T2 DM mode.l When high fatdiet was given,model group was given normal saline, glimepiride,large and smalldoses Wushen oral liquid through gastric perfusion.The diabetic coronary artery disease was made via intraperitoneal injection of pituitrin above treatment.Result Serum APN value was observed obviously higherWushen oral liquid treatment, while LEP value was lowered(P<0.05,P<0. 01).Conclusion tonifying qi and yin mould improve lipidmetabolism through regulating fat cells cytokines levels.The third was influence of Wushen Oral Liquid on Impaired endothelial function plasma ADMA levels in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Objective was Investigation of influence of Wushen Oral Liquid on Impaired endothelial function plasma ADMA levels in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy. Method:30 normal subjects were selected as normal group, 30 patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy group as model group, 30 patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy(control group) were treated with Insulin glargine injection and Baitangping(control group), 30 patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy(control group) were treated with Wushen Oral Liquid on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Αter 4 weeks of treatment, blood glucose, fasting and postprandial blood glucose,fasting and postprandial insulin, and v WF and ADMA were detected.Result:1, Lower fasting blood glucose levels, elevated fasting insulin levels and improve insulin resistance, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.01), In the postprandial blood glucose and postprandial insulin levels, the treatment group and the control group,were no significant difference(P>0.05)。2、 compared with the normal group, the plasma ADMA level was significantly decreased,the plasma v WF level was significantly increased, and there was statistically significant(P<0.01); Compared with the control group,the plasma ADMA level was significantly decreased, the plasma v WF level was significantly increased, and there was statisticallysignificant. Conclusion: there are vascular endothelial dysfunction in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy, Wushen Oral Liquid significantly reduced the fasting plasma ADMA levels, could be one of the mechanisms to improve the vascular endothelial dysfunction in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.The forth was Influence of Wushen Oral Liquid combined with Electroacupuncturing Neiguan points on Heartratevariability and Cardiomyocyte apoptosis of diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats.Objective was that Investigation of influence of Wushen Oral Liquid combined with Electroacupuncturing Neiguan points on Heartratevariability and Cardiomyocyte apoptosis of diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats. Method was that 50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and “Wushen”group,”Neiguan”group,and” Wushen+ Neiguan” group. αter eight weeks treated, Each group of heart rate variability was carried on comparative analysis in rats.The rats were killed, quickly removed the myocardium, Cardiomyocyte apoptosis was evaluated by terminal-deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated deoxy-UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL). Result was that Compared with the normal group The HRV time domain and frequency domain indexes of the model group were decreased, there were significantly different(P<0.05),cardiomyocyte apoptosis index increased, there were significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the modelgroup, the HRV time domain and frequency domain indexes of the treated group were increased.among them,the time index RMSDNN and frequency domain index of high frequency was statistically significant(P<0.05),and other indicators had no statistical significance in the“Wushen”group,but there were Statistical significance in the“Neiguan”group and the “Wushen+Neiguan”group( P<0.05).cardio-myocyte apoptosis index decreased,there were significantly different(P<0.05-). Compared with the “Neiguan”group,the HRV indexes of “Wushen+Neiguan”group were increased, there were significantly different(P<0.01), cardiomyocyte apoptosis index decreased, there were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion was that Wushen Oral Liquid combined with electroacupuncture treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy rats could obviously improve the rat heart rate variability, and could significantly reduce cardiomyocyte apoptosis index, cardiomyocyte apoptosis index could be one of the mechanisms to improve the improvement of heart rate variability.
