Summary Of Professor Wang Li's Experience In Treating Diabetic Disease With Depression Syndrome

Purpose:To summarize the diagnosis and treatment ideas and prescription experience of professor Wang Li in treating diabetes complicated with depression syndrome,so as to provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Through follow-up visits,clinical study and collection of relevant cases,we can understand our teacher's understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and clinical medication rules of diabetes complicated with depression,and then summarize our teacher's clinical treatment experience of diabetes complicated with depression.1.Collected cases: All cases were from diabetes patients with depressive symptoms diagnosed and treated by professor Wang Li from October 2016 to October 2018.2.Analysis of cases: While learning basic clinical knowledge,I have thoroughly studied the classics according to my teacher's requirements and consulted relevant documents to have a deeper understanding of the academic origin,ancient knowledge,research status and treatment progress at home and abroad of diabetes complicated with depression.3.Summarize experience: This article summarizes my teacher's experience in treating diabetes complicated with depression syndrome from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment as well as prescription and medication,providing new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of this disease.Results: Diabetes combined with depression syndrome is the syndrome of deficiency of origin and excess,with deficiency of both qi and yin as the origin,qi stagnation,heat evil,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and other pathogenic excess as the criteria.The liver and spleen are mainly responsible for the disease,involving the heart and kidney.In terms of treatment,my teacher advocates that on the basis of invigorating qi,nourishing yin and blood to consolidate its foundation,the method of resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals should be applied to treat its standard,and puts forward the treatment principle of "regulating qi and blood,resolving phlegm and blood stasis".According to the onset characteristics of diabetes combined with depression syndrome,the disease can be summarized into the following syndrome types: liver depression and qi stagnation,qi stagnation and fire,phlegm and heat accumulation,and blood stasis blocking collaterals.The classic prescription is taken as the basic prescription for treating diabetes complicated with depression syndrome,and is differentiated and treated according to syndrome differentiation,and the clinical symptoms are modified and added,so that the effect is like floating drums.Conclusion:Professor Wang Li has definite clinical efficacy in treating diabetes complicated with depression syndrome,which has guiding significance and is worthy of in-depth study and clinical promotion.
