| [Objective] This dissertation takes professor Lizhong Guo’s clinic cases which about the WenQian method to cure internal injuries miscellaneous disease in these two years as the research object. We can explore the distribution of the diseases and characteristics of symptoms about the WenQian method to cure internal injuries miscellaneous disease. Then, analyze the tutor’s clinical experience to use the WenQian method to cure the cure internal injuries miscellaneous disease. This dissertation aims to serve the traditional Chinese medicine’s clinic.[Method] Through review the literature of the WenQian method, we comprehensively revise the theoretical knowledge of it. By ways of study and copy the prescriptions of Professor Lizhong Guo, we overall collected and sorted the cases of the WenQian method in outpatient clinic during October 2012 to October 2014. Furthermore, we selected and exclusive the cases in accordance with the criteria strictly. We use Medcase V3.2 storehouse and medical record national physician pulse case data mining system software will conform to the conditions of 368 cases of 731 clinical time all of the medical record data of establishing database of medical record collection, storage, use of frequency distribution, association rule mining, analyze its clinical symptoms, pathogenesis, lingual arteries and veins, drug, the connection between them and analyze, induct and summarize the mining result.[Results] In these medical records, there are 368 cases of 731 clinical times. Within 172 clinical times, there are 89 male patients,279 female patients within 559 diagnoses. The oldest patient is 81 years old and the youngest patient is 5 years old, uneven distribution of each age stage, the most part of which are 40 to 49 years old patients. At aspect of diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, there are 71 disease diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. Ranked in the top seven is sleepless (126,17.24%), cancer (62,8.48%), edema (35,4.79%), lumbago (34,4.65%), before and after the menopause syndrome (34,4.65%), aphtha (32 times, accounting for 4.38%), drinking and urine (27,3.69%).At aspect of western medicine diagnosis, there were 138 western medicine of disease diagnosis; the top seven is insomnia (71, 9.71%), diabetes (41,5.61%), hypertension (35,4.79%), climacteric syndrome (34,4.65%), oral ulcer (31,4.24%), acne (22,3.01%).At the aspect of the performance of pathogenesis, there are 33 pathogenesis, the frequencies of different pathogenesis has significant difference, the top five of the list is really Yang deficiency, Yin fire under buoyancy, heart kidney don’t pay, Yin fire outside floating and subsidence of Yin fire. The frequencies of them were 100%, 90.7%,43.5%,6.84%,43.5%. Among these diseases, the frequency of the buoyancy, Yin fire float and Yin fire outside the cave were 100%, equal to the real sun virtual frequency of pathogenesis. At aspect of clinical symptoms, the frequency above 10% has 16 symptoms, successively were Poor sleep soundly (380), dry mouth (237), fatigue weakness (186), afraid of the cold (173), waist ache (170), khan from stolen (162), irritable mood more (144), hot (132), thin stool (108), limbs cold (106), (103), face red hot, lower limbs cold heat (100), ulcers (90), dizziness (88), palpitations (88), chest tightness (77).About the medicine, the frequency of these six drug which cortex phellodendri, cinnamon, amomum villosum, epimedium, attached sheets, main licorice were 100%. There are four kinds of ginger were used, followed dried ginger in (364), ginger (357), simmer ginger (144),baked ginger(96). Moreover, there were many drug used. The frequency of these drugs more than 10%(more than 73 times), they were drugs and zhu to god eight (528), rhizoma anemarrhenae (428), wood butterfly (403), Fried zizyphus jujube kernel (295), phlegm (255), eucommia bark (252) and platycladi seed (243), fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae (82), pinus tabulaeformis section (76), stone calamus (74). The aspect of related clinical symptoms, dry mouth and mouth do like hot drinks, Poor sleep soundly and dry mouth had the highest correlation. At the internal connection of the pulse aspect, floating pulse and deficiency pulses, virtual pulse and pulse tight, fine veins and deficiency pulses, tight pulse with floating pulse and feeble pulse had the highest degree of association. At the internal connection of the coated tongue aspect, body fat and edge there are teeth marks; mass reddish and edge there are teeth marks had the highest degree of association. The link between the clinical symptom and pathogenesis, these four clinical symptoms which were poor sleep soundly, aphtha, cough, face red and hot, acne and the pathogenesis of "true Yang virtual, Yin fire to rise" have larger correlation. The link between Pulse condition and the pathogenesis, deficient pulse, deep pulse, weak pulse and the pathogenesis of "true Yang virtual, Yin fire to rise" have higher degree of association; deficient pulse, deep pulse, floating pulse, thready pulse and the pathogenesis of "true Yang virtual, Yin fire to float" have higher degree of association; deficient pulse, deep pulse and the pathogenesis of "true Yang virtual, Yin fire subsidence" have higher degree of association.[Conclusion]Firstly, the WenQian method can cure a widely distribution of the internal injuries diseases. Such as internal medicine, surgery, dermatology, gynecology, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology are all involved. Among these diseases, the most part were insomnia, cancer, edema, lumbago, before and after the menopause, aphtha, drinking and urine and soSecondly, there were three internal injuries miscellaneous disease pathogenesis which cured by the WenQian method. Those were "true Yang virtual, Yin fire to rise", "true Yang virtual, Yin fire to float" and "true Yang virtual, Yin fire subsidence", those were Yin fire group and deficiency-cold group.Thirdly, the manifestation of the internal injuries miscellaneous disease which were cured by the WenQian method have these two groups of symptoms appear simultaneous. They had the characteristics of cold syndrome with pseudo-heat symptoms. The common symptoms of Yin fire were poor sleep soundly, dry mouth, sweat more, irritable mood, face red and hot, aphtha, dizziness, palpitation and chest tightness; The common cold symptoms were tired weakness, afraid of the cold, thin waist ache, like hot drinks, defecate thin, limbs cold and lower limb cold; The expression of tongue was light red with a tooth marks or body fat mass reddish side have teeth marks, the performance of coated tongue often white greasy or thin white; The performance of pulse condition was vain vein, virtual tight pulse, virtual stringer and vain tight pulse.Fourthly, the main prescription’ drugs of the WenQian method which used by professor Lizhong Guo were:system attached to the piece, ginger (includes ginger, simmer ginger, dried ginger and gun ginger), amomum villosum, cortex phellodendri, cinnamon, epimedium and honey-fried licorice root... |
