Research On The Rules Of Prescriptions And Medicines For Internal Diseases In Shen Xian Ji Shi Liang Fang Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:By analyzing the prescriptions for internal diseases in Shenxianjishiliangfang,to explore the rules of prescription for internal diseases in Shenxianjishilianfang.Methods:Select the prescriptions that meet the inclusion criteria to establish a database,and use frequency,association rules,network links,clustering and other methods to analyze the prescription rules and medication characteristics of internal medicine diseases in Shenxianjishiliangfang.Results:44 prescriptions of lung diseases were included in this study,involving 74 kinds of drugs.The high-frequency drugs were ginseng,liquorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,prepared earth,Scrophularia,paeony,cinnamon and Schisandra.48 association rules,including "Maidong +cooked land","Baizhu + Fuzi","ginseng + tuckahoe + Maidong",were obtained.34 groups of drug pair association groups and 12 groups of multiple drug association groups were obtained.Network link analysis showed that there were18 groups of strong link compatibility and 73 groups of medium link compatibility.22 groups of core drugs were obtained by cluster analysis.31 prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases were included,involving 66 drugs.The high-frequency drugs used include licorice,cooked land,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Cornus officinalis,cinnamon,yam,ginseng,aconite and white peony.54 association rules,including "liquorice + Bupleurum","prepared land + Scrophularia","Cornus + Ophiopogon + Schisandra",wereobtained.14 groups of drug pair association groups and 24 groups of multiple drug association groups were obtained.According to the analysis of network links,there are 37 groups of strong link compatibility and 95 groups of medium link compatibility.19 groups of core drugs were obtained by cluster analysis.There are 11 prescriptions for heart diseases,involving 31 drugs.The high-frequency drugs used include Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,ginseng paeony,aconite,liquorice,prepared land,gardenia,cinnamon and dogwood.100 association rules,including "white peony + Gardenia","aconite +tiannanxing","tuckahoe + tiannanxing + ginseng" and so on,were mined to obtain 31 groups of drug-related groups and 31 groups of multi drug related groups.Network link analysis shows that there are three groups of strong link compatibility and 35 groups of medium link compatibility.10 groups of core drugs were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:In the treatment of lung diseases and syndromes,the methods of clearing away heat and detoxification,removing exterior pathogenic factors,resolving phlegm and nourishing Yin are mainly used.In the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,the methods of clearing away heat and phlegm,regulating qi and removing dampness,and nourishing qi and warming Li are mainly used.In the treatment of heart diseases,we mainly use the methods of warming and dispersing cold,clearing heat and detoxifying,and supplementing qi and blood.In a word,the law of prescription for internal medicine diseases in Shenxianjishiliangfang is to examine the syndrome and seek the mechanism for treatment,to distinguish primary from secondary,to have exquisite compatibility,to use flexibly and to have dynamic balance.
