The Literature Research Modern Clinic Application Of "Treatise On Febrile Disease" Prescriptions Applied To TCM Gynecology

Objective Through literature research of "Treatise on Febrile Disease" prescriptions applied to TCM gynecology clinic after the founding of our country, we hope to sum up the application scope,the application prospect, the document distribution rule,so we can research the non-classical prescriptions used in TCM clinical gynecology and guide clinical practice further, provide evidence to improve the clinical curative effect, and contribute to the development of TCM classics.Methods By using the method of manual retrieval and electronic retrieval method combining, we consult all relevant literature at home and abroad of "The Treatise on Febrile Disease" in TCM gynecology modern application, we use the modern literature research methods, such as excel, meta analysis to induction and summarized respectively from the following aspects:1.The specific diseases and disease types of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" can be treated in TCM gynecology;2.The annual distribution of literature;3.The specific prescription number and specific prescription type can be used to treat TCM gynecology disease;4.The TCM gynecology diseases’"syndrome differentiation" with "The Treatise on Febrile Disease" priscription;5.The thought and clinical experience of two physicians clinical gynecology of TCM gynecology,they applied the prescriptions of "Treatise on Febrile Disease" to TCM gynaecology very good;6. Meta analysis of all relevant documents.Results Through the research we found that:1. On the whole the literature volume of "Treatise on Febrile Disease" prescriptions applied to TCM gynecology is generally increasing as time gones on;2.The majority prescriptions in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" can be used to treat TCM gynecological diseases;3.The majority prescriptions in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases"can be used to treat TCM gynecological diseases;4.Ma Dazheng, Ban Xiuwen is medical masters of the field;5.At present,the literature reports in the field is still not standardized, most medical literature is only a medical case report,all the case reports have no control group, and there is no article can be included in evidence-based medical study, the meta analysis can not be done.Conclusion1.It has great application prospect of the " Treatise on Febrile Disease" prescriptions applied to TCM gynecology and it is worth of clinical development and using;2.At present,the reported standard of "Treatise on Febrile Disease" prescriptions in the clinical application of TCM gynecology is not well fit with the Evidence-based medicine,so how to evaluate the clinical efficacy of classical with modern scientific standards is also need to further explore for the research workers of traditional Chinese Medicine.
