Objective: Discuss Fu Shan’s understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods in Fu Qing Zhu’s Gynecology: The next chapter.Fu Shan’s academic thoughts on the characteristics of prescriptions and medications under Fu Shan’s treatment.Analysis of Fu Shi’s leucorrhea diseases in the past 30 years through statistical methods.The law of modern clinical application of the second part of the prescriptions.3.The clinical research status of the second part of Fu’s leucorrhea diseases prescriptions is explored through the quality evaluation and analysis of clinical trials,and its advantages and disadvantages as well as the research shortcomings are found.Through meta-analysis,comprehensive evaluation of the clinical research of the second part of Fu’s leucorrhea diseases formulas.The effectiveness of the application will provide philology content for future research on Fu Shan’s medical thoughts.Methods:The full text is divided into three parts:1.Academic thought part: Through reading Fu Shan’s academic thought literature and related books,an in-depth analysis of "Fu Qingzhu Nvke·Taixia Chapter",from Fu Shan’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and prescriptions The characteristics of compatibility and medication are used to summarize Fu Shan’s academic thoughts on treating concomitant diseases.2.Research on the application of prescriptions: search the CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases with the names of the prescriptions respectively,and collect the literature on the clinical use of Fushan’s prescriptions for treating patients with diseases from 1990 to 2020,and provide information on the literature that meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria Extract and standardize relevant data,and establish a document database.Use Excel to analyze the characteristics of bibliometrics,Chinese and Western medicine diseases treated by prescriptions,the use and addition and subtraction of prescription drugs.3.Evidence-based medicine system evaluation: based on the results of clinical research,further meta-analysis of the clinical efficacy of the main research prescription Wandai Decoction.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,13 RCT studies were finally included for literature quality evaluation,and Rev Man5.3was used for literature heterogeneity test,clinical efficacy meta-analysis,and bias risk assessment.Results:1.Academic thinking part: Fu Shan believes that the cause of the disease is damp evil and the pathogenesis is "wet" damage.The five belts are differentiated in detail,which are respectively spleen deficiency syndrome,liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome,damp-heat syndrome,spleen deficiency liver channel stagnation and fire syndrome,and heat-toxin mutual syndrome.The treatment of collateral disease focuses on the liver and spleen;the five belts are treated from "wetness".The treatment of dampness does not forget to invigorate the spleen."Fu Qing Zhu’s Gynecology·Leucorrhea Diseases" five belts correspond to five syndromes,and five syndromes correspond to five prescriptions.The syndrome differentiation is precise and the prescription is rigorously compatible.The medication is mainly to invigorate the spleen and replenish qi,dispel dampness and stop the band,supplemented by soothing medicine.The clinical application of Wandai Decoction is the most frequently used,and the main treatment is still collateral disease,followed by Yi Huang Decoction for treatment of collateral disease.Qing Gan Zhi Lin decoction is mainly used to treat various gynecological bleeding syndromes(intermenstrual bleeding,menstrual period)Prolongation,uterine bleeding,fetal movement,fetal turbulence),addition and subtraction of Jia Wei Xiao Yao powders and Li Huo decoction literature are less.3.Evidence-based medicine: The 13 RCT studies included in the analysis were all based on Wan Dai decoction plus or minus combined with western medicine to treat the disease.Meta-analysis was performed on the total effective rate of clinical curative effect.The lack of randomization methods,concealment,and blinding methods,low standardization of intervention measures,lack of concomitant medication regulations,and no reported cases of dropouts and adverse reactions terminated in the study.Included 13 randomized controlled trials of Wan Dai decoction that met the requirements,a total of 1142 patients,the total effective rate of the meta-analysis was OR=3.90,95%CI was the spleen and dispelling dampness,supplemented by soothing the liver,softening the liver and regulating qi,and clearing heat and dampness.2.The prescriptions in "Fu Qing Zhu’s Gynecology·Leucorrhea Diseases" still focus on the treatment of collateral diseases.The 5 first prescriptions have a wide range of modern clinical applications and can be used in obstetrics and gynecology diseases,genitourinary system diseases,digestive system diseases,The treatment of diseases of the skin system embodies the principle of treating different diseases at the same time.Most of the original prescription drugs and dosages included in all prescriptions in the literature refer to the original prescription of "Fu Qing Zhu’s Gynecology",and most of the new drugs are symptomatic drugs.3.The result of Meta analysis is that the total effective rate of Wan Dai decoction combined with Western medicine or Wan Dai decoction combined with Western medicine is better than that of Western medicine alone.
