ObjeetiveAllergic rhinitis is the body, increased susceptibility to certain allergens and appear in the nasal mucosa lesions of an allergy, is the body’s sensitivity to the outside world certain allergens, and to give priority to with nasal mucosa lesions of a kind of clinical common disease, is a type I allergic diseases. Clinical with nasal congestion, itchy, runny nose, sneezing for primary symptom, it has the characteristics of repeated attacks, deferment painless, there is no specific effect a radical cure, but the study of the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis of traditional Chinese medicine more and more get the attention of scholars, clinical research has obtained the certain result, shows the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis. By reviewing literature research system of Chinese medicine and modern medicine understanding of allergic rhinitis and research work, at the same time through controlled clinical study practice to observe the effect of different Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of the disease and explore the possible mechanism and provide theoretical basis for clinical extensive application. Methods:This study is A prospective randomized controlled clinical trials,120clinic patients with allergic rhinitis by simple randomization method were randomly divided into A common acupuncture group and ephedrine nasal drop B, C common acupuncture+fire needle group, group D fire needle group. Consecutive patients with4weeks after treatment to observe signs and symptoms score, and the change of serum total IgE level. And in the treatment of30days,60days follow-up clinical curative effect change.Resuits:Four groups of patient’s age, sex, treatment course, signs and symptoms integral, there was no statistically significant difference between serum total IgE level, comparable. After two weeks after the treatment, in addition to A normal acupuncture group, the rest of the three groups of symptoms and signs scores were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and there are differences between groups, with B ephedrine nasal drop set of symptoms and signs improved the most obvious; After treatment of4in addition to the four groups of symptoms and signs scores were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and there are differences between groups, with a C+fire needle acupuncture group works best. Where C+fire needle acupuncture group of sneezing, runny nose, nasal symptoms improved obviously, D fire needle group of nasal itching symptoms improved significantly. Prompt acupuncture therapy, especially the fire needle acupuncture points to improve the symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis, signs is better than that of intranasal ephedrine, although ordinary acupuncture group work is a bit slow, but also after the4course can achieve a better effect than the intranasal ephedrine. After treatment of4B ephedrine nasal drop group in addition to, the rest of the three groups of total serum IgE levels were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and there are differences between groups, with a C+fire needle acupuncture group signs the most obvious improvement. Prompt intranasal ephedrine although alleviate symptoms quickly, but only is to make local capillary systole to relieve symptoms, no intervention on the immune system.4weeks after treatment according to the signs and symptoms integral comprehensive evaluation, four groups of clinical curative effect, in turn, were80.00%,76.67%,93.33%and76.67%(P<0.05), suggesting groups after treatment clinical curative effect is satisfactory, which the best C+fire needle acupuncture group. At30days’ treatment evaluation found that four groups of clinical curative effect, in turn, were73.33%,60.00%,93.33%and60.00%(P<0.05);60days follow-up evaluation, four groups of clinical curative effect, in turn, were73.33%,23.33%,93.33%and23.33%(P<0.05). Analysis of the data found that acupuncture+C the clinical curative effect of fire needle group and D fire needle group no change in the process of follow-up, tips of the two groups of patients after curative effect is stable; A common acupuncture group after treatment the clinical curative effect of30days fell to73.33%, but has kept back, tip than ordinary acupuncture with fire needle, fire needle plus acupuncture group, but there is still A satisfactory curative effect. Ephedrine nasal drop group B after treatment the clinical curative effect of30days fell to60%, after60days fell to23.33%, intranasal long-dated curative effect is poor, tip ephedrine can only temporarily solve local symptoms and signs. Conclusion:Ephedrine nose drops can quickly relieve symptoms, but the long-term curative effect is unsatisfied, and can’t suppress serum IgE level. Acupuncture can obviously relieve symptoms and signs, lower T-IgE level, therefore improve the life quality of patients, and adjust their immune system. The effect of fire acupuncture combined with ordinary acupuncture was the best and lasted longer than other treatment.
