Objective:By detecting fire needle intervention to allergic asthma guinea pig model of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, the INF-gamma, changes in T lymphocyte and the pathological morphological structure, the influence of the preliminary discussion on fire needle intervention to allergic asthma guinea pigs mechanism of Th1/Th2imbalance.Materials and methods:Healthy guinea pigs only40, adaptive feed after2days were randomly divided into blank group, model group, fire needle group and dexamethasone group,10in each group. The blank group, all the other groups are OVA sensitization method is used to make mold. Starting from day1to1ml,10%egg albumin solution for celiac injection of sensitization, at the beginning of the15th day with1%egg albumin solution, atomization inhalation,20min at a time, two weeks in a row,1x per day, until all the guinea pig asthmatic cough, restlessness, breathing quickens, amplitude increases, the symptoms such as abdominal cramps, suggests building success. After the success of the building does not make intervention model group, western medicine group in front of the atomizing inhalation with intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone0.5mg/kg, fire needle group of fire needle intervention, after the experimental groups of guinea pigs, make detection in guinea pig serum IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, INF-gamma, T lymphocyte change and the influence of the pathologic morphology. Results statistical analysis by SPSS18.0software.Results:1. Building a successful guinea pigs after intervention treatment compared with model group, fire needle group, western medicine can significantly increase serum IL-2, the INF-gamma levels (P<0.01, P<0.05), and can significantly reduce the serum IL-4, and the content of IL-10(P<0.01, P<0.05), in which the fire needle group after treatment serum IL-2, IL-4content changes compared with model group (P<0.01), INF-gamma, IL-10content changes compared by model group (P<0.05), the medicine group after treatment serum IL-2, IL-4content changes compared with model group (P<0.05), INF-gamma, IL-10content changes compared with model group (P<0.01), all has the remarkable difference:2. Compared with model group, fire needle group, western medicine group were significantly elevated in the peripheral blood CD+4(P<0.05), reduce the content of CD+8(P<0.05), the ratio was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the intervention effect of fire needle group is more obvious:3. Compared with the model group, fire needle group and western medicine guinea pig bronchus, lung tissue structure are relatively clear, the mucosa and submucosa congestion, edema, reduce obviously.Conclusions:1. Fire needle intervention may be by influencing the Th1/Th2cytokines to effect (such as interleukin group, interferon group, etc.), thus to adjust the metabolism of Th1/Th2imbalance play a role.2. The fire needle intervention through the CD+4, CD+8t cells regulate humoral immunity and an adverse effect, thus further regulation on TH1/TH2imbalance mechanism.3. Through the fire interference on guinea pig bronchus, compared with the model group the lung tissue structure, clear, clear it can obviously reduce the mucosa and submucosa congestion, edema, and TH1/TH2imbalance mechanism make further adjustment.
