| Objective: To observe in terms the six needle of treating shoulder disease on scapulpohumeral periathritis around the facial paralysis clinical curative effect,and to provide new treatment ideas and basis for the clinical treatment of scapulpohumeral periathritis.Methods: Stochastic divided 60 patients who meet the standards into two groups,namely the observation group(the six needle of treating shoulder disease treatment group)and the control group(filiform needle routine acupuncture group),30 cases each group.After 3 period of treatment,record the VAS and Constant-Murley score before and after treatment,and them the Adverse events score,and observe and evaluate the overall curative effect.Results:Finally,the observation group complated 28 cases,and the control group complated 27 cases.1.Comparison of VAS score: VAS score in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compare VAS score difference between the two groups after treatment,the difference is significant(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of Constant-Murley score: Constant-Murley score comparison before and after treatment in both groups,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compare Constant-Murley score difference between the two groups after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of the overall clinical efficacy: The total effective rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The six needle of treating shoulder disease needle has better curative effect than routine acupuncture at treating scapulpohumeral periathritis.2.The six needle of treating shoulder disease needle is only in the hand,less acupoints,convenient to operation,and better curative effect.So The six needle of treating shoulder disease needle is deserve to promote in the clinical treatment of scapulpohumeral periathritis. |
